Oh wow! Where did this song came from. Never heard the song before. Producer ji always has a surprise element for us.

Loved Chitra ji's singing. Gave a classical touch to the song and my ears have a flair for classical stuff. I think it was a difficult number to carry and Chitra ji did it with perfection.

Haven't heard of this song before..

It's a fast song, difficult to maintain breath. A commendable job done. A certain nasal element was there in parts. High energy was apt requirement here, which she fulfills well. Expressions go reasonably well with the flow of the song.

Not an easy song to sing, no doubt about it. Definitely heard something new and different from Chitra this time. I liked the innocent emotion incorporated in the singing, somehow I felt more emotions were needed in order to perfectly connect with this song. Loved the classical portions. Overall, great singing.

I will give this performance a 9 out of 10.

Brahmabul is right! Producerji - I dunno WHERE you find these songs? Never heard it before and gustaakhi maaf, but I wouldn't like to hear it again! 😆

The song seems like it's going to be a hip fusion track thanks to the techno-teentaal intro. But man is the song a mess!

In any case, Chithraji's performance is of the impressive variety - who wouldn't be impressed by those taans?! And she sounded really modern and slick in the first two lines, too. But her voice is quite screechy, especially when she sings 'aa' - she often goes to wide and her 'aa' sounds almost like the 'a' in 'bAd'!

Anyway, 9/10 because this is difficult stuff.

I loved her singing! I had never heard of this before, and I loved how she kept up with the momentum of the music, that too with added touches. But her nasality was evident here, and this song wasn't peppy enough to qualify as a dance song, IMO. I'll give her a 9!

10 /10.

perfection personified.

Me too listening to the track for the first time.
A fusion of Indian classical and a bit of western tunes, this song requires immense energy, control and correct timing of breath to sing that fast, and equal level of concentration to get the correct tempo backed by amazing background music and taal. And Chitraji succeeds to the fullest.

Nightingale of South India, aap to chaa gayi!
