I was watching previous episodes of Pratigya, specially the ones from the start where Krishna gives blank calls at Pratigya's place and the one at tailor's shop- just before he beats Angad. When I compared Arhaan's physique then to what I saw of him in last night's episode he definitely seems to have lost weight.
Arhaan yaar itni mehnat karte ho woh toh theek hai, par khaan-peen ka dhyaan bhi rakho. Don't rely on unit food all the time.
