Was it really an accident??

I think there is more to the accident than what we know.....which is why Samrat keeps blaming himself and Mayank wants to punish him....
We know the brakes failed....but maybe someone did it on purpose??? It could be one of samrats rivals or something who wanted to take revenge...
and im sure nupur in todays epi was just mayanks imagination from the way he was talking to her....and how her hand just appeared on his arm suddenly....and also before she came mayank remembered her saying "jab main nahi rahoongi to sabse zyada mujhe miss karoge" so i am sure she wasnt there.....
either she is in coma or she is dead!!!
i have a feeling shes dead :(
