Gyan pleads but the man refuses. Ruby says her offer is still open but Gyan asks her to leave. Gyan blames Jia for the mess. Ruby tells Manas that she wants to break the family and Netra will do the needful . Netra tries to tell Shekhar that they should accept Ruby's offer. Shekhar meets Jia who tells him that Gyan needs him at this moment more than any other time. He should not leave Gyan. In the morning everything is packed .. Ruby comes as they are leaving and Gyan is stunned to see that Shekhar is not leaving with them.
