i deeply feel that nupur's health took a serious change that will force mayur to live separately .nupur always wished to stay with mayank.though she loved gunjan so much but she is not so obbessed for gunjan that she will leave her married life and mayank.may be for few months she can stay upset but not for 3 years thinking of gunjan.

may nupur was totally illhealth after accident that is the reason sam is asking punishment from mayank for nupur but not for gunjan .And from nupur for gunjan and for spoiling her health by that accident.

may be possible...........
n also they showed whn mayank told about cumin to INDIA der was a faint smile on his face..........so i guess in whichever state but nupur is alive.....
