Tapasya showing concern for ichcha because she must have felt that since vansh was not ready to go back, may be if she takes ichchas name he may worry and go back (as Tapu is not aware of vansh's hand in the entire drama)
The pativrata facade of tapu.š”..covers the inner fear n panic ...she is very very smart and realises immedietly the outcome of all this drama....that all this will distance VanCha n may take veer closer to ichcha again...that is why she even tells vansh," mere pati ko mujse alag karne ki koshish bhi mat karna..."
she is freaking out as she feels that all her mehnat to tie veer to herself (with the good wife act) pe paani pher jayega.....and to some extent she may be right
for all the time Veer spent with ichca in that one night...the emotional distance, from ichcha, which he had built ..definitely broke down a little...
He told ichcha in her unconcious state, "mujse bahut badi galati ho gayi... ab tum pe koyi aanch nahi aane doonga" ši was soooo happy that at last veer commited aloud to protect her from all this crap she has been getting instead of being a silent witness to it....i am sure this was to do with VanCha relations and not VeeYa...as even he is aware of what a big nautanki taps is (the good wife act) .....
Vansh... yes his honesty is very admirable, in all this drama of deciet and lies....where everybody is hiding the truth....
may be that is the reason, even after all that he has done, one can get very angry with him but one cannot hate him... but hopefully this honesty helps in clearing rather than creating all the misunderstandings
Ichcha's shockš² and pain was palpableš...my heart went out for her...hope she takes some correct stand atleast now...
i have a feeling she will be so shocked that she will become numb... and walk out of his life back to her ammu, or .....jogi might come to know of this entire fiasco n come and take her back himself.......then vansh will have to do real mehnat to get her back into his life again.......
