I can tell when I see a person who has done all this on face...my friend in cacutta she has done it...and I can tell..but what to do na..like if u get mooch and stuff..u have to clean it..and then keep doing it..

Everyone has fine hair on their face. Bleaching gets rid of it. And eyebrows need to be defined:)
