I've seen this episode in Star Bestsellers, It's called 'The End'. Starring Nikki Anuja & Aditya Shirvastav.

Adi is playing a role of writer who meets with an accident and Nikki a physco girl living somewhere in snowy mountains alone from city. She finds injured Adi and takes him home take cares of him. Later Adi finds she's a physco and he tries to run but each time she gives him pain in such way (trust me guys, you don't wanna see that!). She asks Adi to write a story on him, that's the only way he'll be free. But when he finally does and calls that story 'The End' she tries to kill him, but in fight Adi throws her off the mountain.

My only suggestion is stick to show 'Star Bestsellers' whenever it's on, you might get lucky.

^^ Hmm, I think I have seen something similar. Is there a scene, where Aditya Srivastava is sitting with a bandage on his head, staring outside the window, when this person(a lady) comes and says something like 'Kaminey,abhi tak kaam nahi hoya" and she then starts crying, this scene is vague in my mind.
