^^yes shruthi, she indeed is very strong and brave. and all those who were saying otherwise, can see that now today. if i may, let me quote one of limits' posts about pratigya's character: "I'm still satisfied bcoz of the way they (CVs) r building up her character from a normal woman to gradually a stronger and courageuos woman through the hardships she had to suffer - which BTW is much more believable than ny woman getting stronger all of a sudden, bcoz they were betrayed by their love of life!!!"
^EXACTLY!!!! like limits said, it would've been indeed unrealistic to show a woman getting so strong all of a sudden, and that too coming from the environment she has come from. even in the USA and europe, etc. when a woman suffers abuse, she can't just become "i'm every woman" overnight. just ask RIHANNA, and she's one of the BIGGEST, MOST POWERFUL, INFLUENTIAL pop stars today!!!

anyways. i'm just INCREDIBLY proud of pratigya today!!! it takes guts, LOTS OF GUTS to do what she did today (in may 25th episode). and as we can see from the pre-cap, she'll become even BRAVER, STRONGER in the coming episodes. i applaud her for not ony having the courage to defy krishna, but also for having the courage to tell the truth to EVERYONE, to SAJJAN SINGH, who she knows would've ERUPTED, which he did.

Awesome line........everyone faces were hilarious to look at. This is probably why she gets slapped by Krishna, because of course he can't handle his woman standing up to him infront of his entire family.......

I'm also very happy that Pratigya is doing this...I have to admit I was starting to doubt her strength because she never said anything to him after both attempted rapes and I was just disgusted in my mind with those acts and her lack of action........but she's definitely made up for it now.

as for pratigya. i ALWAYS knew she had it in her, and never really was disappointed at her. yes, she could've responded better, but you know what, the way she has reacted so far, its very realistic, and natural. i understood her pain, and also understood that its not so easy to stand up for your rights. its definitely a LOT easier said than done.
