I completely agree about this season providing us some genuine talent and some real gems which will shine in the music industry.
I think all top 13 have their USP'sa nd I wish them all the very best. Even the worst of the 13 are better than most in seasons 3 and 4 galas.
I love the variety this season offers us - folk singing represented by Swaroop Khan whose family has been in Rajasthani folk for years, classical mastered by Shashi and Naushad, hip hop/ rapping which is Bhoomi's style, versatile singing such as Arpita, romantic songs which Sreeram and Yashraj seem good at. Overall a must watch season!!!
The best thing is there are no love triangles cooked up by the producers to rake up TRPS...TRPS are naturally flowing in through melodious and amazing singing.
