I think Best Story and Best Writer should be different polls. However rating each of the 26 Stories out of 10 is too much to ask for a poll (my personal opinion).

I have a plan to go about Best Story Poll, see if you feel its worth.

First create polls for people who have have written more that 1 story. Let read choose the best story from the writer. Then create another poll where you have stories from the previous poll with the stories of writers who have written only one story. From this poll we can get the best story.

I hope it was not confusing.
