Gunjan, Samrat, Mayank and Nupur from the popular show - "Miley Jab Hum Tum" on STAR One embark on one such unpredictable journey which would change their lives forever. Mayank (Arjun Bijlani) has won a scholarship for a reputed college in the US and being a brilliant student he is extremely kicked about the prospect. Nupur (Rati Pandey) is equally thrilled about settling in US with Mayank and the couple is enthusiastically preparing for this new beginning. Gunjan (Sanaya Irani) and Samrat (Mohit Sehgal) whose relationship was going through a rocky road is now back on track. Samrat proposed to Gunjan and they have just got engaged. Both the couples are in high spirits and waiting for their new lives to unfurl before them. However, there is a different plan in store for them. A dreadful road mishap is going to shake their near perfect lives forever. But the worst is yet to come... One of the four lead characters dies in the accident which is going to change the lives of the remaining three forever!
