Vijay awards is the hottest topic now not only in kollywood but among the cinema fanatics as well. The Rasigan Express bus of Vijay TV had travelled to many places in Tamil Nadu to collect the votes from the public and received an overwhelming response for the nominees in the 5 favorite categories which are favorite- hero, heroine, song, director and film for 2009. The jury members of the show were director A.R.Murugadoss, cinematographer Ravi.K.Chandran, Radhika Sarathkumar, Madan and Yugi Sethu

Looks like those awards are for favorite and not for best...cause movies like Vettaikaran, Adhavan as favorite,, Pooja is not even nominated for her brillant performances in Naan Kadhavul etc..LOL

Vijay is nominated for Villu, Vettikaran?? 😲 Lemme run before any fans comes after me😆

lol i think vijay tv does have favoritism among certain celebrities, i too was surprised that pooja name was not said. it should be like may the best actor win, also i find with vijay awards is always the same celebrities especially last year there was Kamal and suriya, Vijay and this year they are all back again. But i must admit last years vijay awards was memorable and touching
well i can't wait to see everyone list, i will post mine list soon
