Shiv's Return Leads to Mahi's Realization?

For those who haven't seen the precap, Mahi asks Rosh if Shiv still likes her. Rosh replies that soon he'll get over her and as it is he's going back to London soon. Then Mahi says she's thinking of saying yes to him.

I wonder if the news that Shiv's going back to London brings about Mahi's much-needed realization about her feelings for Shiv and Shiv's true value... ??

We all know that we take certain people for granted just because they are always there for us. An infamous saying that I never fully understood goes "Ghar ki murghi daal barabar" Seems like this is the case with Mahi and Shiv though. But when all of a sudden we are confronted with the news that that person will no longer be a part of our life, we suddenly are hit by the realization of how valuable the person we are losing is.

So, I wonder how she reacts to the news of Shiv going back. Obviously, she has always taken Shiv for granted... but now she might not be able to imagine her life without him... Maybe that's when she'll realize how valuable Shiv is for her... ?

It's just a thought, let's see what happens next week.

im thinking that will be the case. altho, from the way things are going and how they have sketched mahi's character, the fact that shiv may be leaving is, IMHO, a very 'thanda' reason for mahi to realise what she may miss out on. if ishan's betrayal and Dev's rejection have not taught her anything (but to sit around slobbing all day) than i should think Shiv leaving would also not hit her so hard. she seems to be too involved in herself currently.
