Could be before Sakthi pulls the trigger, he passes out. Or Krishna and/or Prats stop him. Sakthi told baba he wants to drink blood which might make Krishna concerned enough to check on Kesar. Or prats may put him up to it.

i know it may happen - if only the maha episode was concentrated on kesar and shakti got the scolding from SS then the story would have made sense then show us that shakti is drunk and going to kill kesar - while our kriya's hard work went to the bin!
