Yes, I don't think, I can stop participants from voting even for themselves. And I would not like to either. Whats wrong in feeling that my story is the best. So everyone has one vote they can cast to which ever story they want.

Ideally I would have liked the ratings / opinions about individual stories to be open. This is not a contest for national pride its just for fun among ourselves. So I would encourage people to post their opinions good or bad so that participants can improve and participants should be able to take it with a pinch of salt. Anyway writer's names will not be disclosed, so it should be good.

Will the winner's name be announced? And after the contest is over, what's the problem announcing the writers' names?

I have no problems announcing the names as long as writers are ok with it. However some people have agreed to join in a participants because its going to be anonymous.

guys I think we all are genuine and ethical people. Writing a story or publishing it here on CID forums has one and only aim, that our fellow friends could get to read, experience and appreciate a story which is our brain child. Thus I dont think any of the writers would vote for themselves, we know to appreciate good work and the best story would only win. Anyways All The Best to all the writes 👍🏼

I think every participant should vote or give rating leaving there own story and every other reader give it ratings to all stories.

I will be in total fix if I am allowed to vote in my own story. Neither I can praise myself nor criticize. Don't put such situation before me. Please.
