I live in the UK actually agree with that india is so beautiful, given half a chance would move back there infact at one point i was going to..all i see from my own relatives is everyone wanting to move abroad i am like do they not realise the lifestyle that can be acheived there with the same amount of work here would be much better...but most of them think abroad = wealth or something.

I mean india has so many cultural sites i actually made a book myself with places to visit with loads of places there people should appreciate them..no where is perfect.

Being western is nothing wrong but india is india for a reason not saying everything in indian culture is right 100% but its special and value things like relations alot more.

Ok i might be sounding a bit stupid sorry if anything i said was offensive no intention meant.

What you said is exactly correct. NO place on earth is a 100% perfect otherwise it would have been Heaven....and who knows how perfect Heaven is. The fact is the people should be what they are. If your born a Indian be a Indian and if your born a American be American. Its amazing how much Americans are more interested in our customs more then the ABCD. I also agree that the idea of Abroad=Wealth has to go in the garbage. If only people in india that dream day in and out about coming abroud to make money would just realize how much work one puts in to obtain that money. Its not easy. I have lots of relatives in Indian that want to come or send their kids here to study. The kids are smart and are doctors there, them coming here would have no value because they would have to repeat their education. Also, they can have a luxary life there anyways. Why would you want to come here. I guess we won't truly understand their feelings because we live here. But the to me I feel that both both India and any abord country are all the same except in appearance, its what you make out of it. Its totaly up to you.

there are many problems in US also, but since the resources are so huge here compared to the population, things look better.
But in India there are some inherent problems, like if you want to get done some work, you have to really sweat out...but again these are the internal issues of India and which can be solved only by proper administration...

Very true about our India. IMO, India would be at the top as far as culture, heritage, values and spirituality is concerned, but too sad that Indians themselves dont realise this and try to immitate Western culture, when the West itself is looking @ India and appreciating it, and trying to copy India in several aspects like Meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga, etc.

Maybe its a case of 'Grass is always greener on the other side'!

so true
yaar
whats wrong with these indian people
