Round 2: Sunidhi Chauhan

Extremely high pitched song and Sunidhi's voice seems to get little shaky, IMO. 7 is the best I would give for this.

Man I absolutley love this song and my hubby looks extremely super duper sexy and hot! 😍 Ok ok sorry. I'll get back to judging Sunidhi. Honestly in this song I feel Sukhwinder ji stole the entire show! Sunidhi did a good job and since this was a bit of a faster song it was quite hard. The difficulty level was very high, but faster songs overall are def harder than the slower ones. Sunidhi went off a bit in some places. Near the beginning I was very connected with the song but as the song progressed I kind of lost touch with the song. Honestly Sukhwinder ji really overshadowed Sunidhi in this one.

As much as I love Sunidhi and her voice this one's going to get a low rating from me, because I know Sunidhi's potential and she's sung so many fabulous songs. This one just didn't do justice to her singing. I know I'm being a bit harsh, but considering everything I'm come up with a final rating of 6.5 I don't think it was good enough for me to round it up to a 7, so unfort I'm going to have to take it down a notch and give her a 6. My deep apologies to her and anyone that thinks my judging is wrong. Its just that I know she can do better. And because the male singer overshadowed her, my grading was stricter. Call it whatever you want. I have to be honest and fair as a judge. Can't take sides and give favorites the higher score. Sorry guys!

First of all, Great Song! It was my favorite song over the entire 2009. So I love it!

Now to the singing, great job by Sunidhi Chauhan! First of all, it is a very difficult song to sing. It requires you to sing quite fast, especially at the beginning, and then later on has some high pitches, and also you have to sing at the perfect tempo in many areas, mainly the beginning sequence. Well done across the board for Sunidhi.

Though I must say, her voice wasn't as clear/sharp as it usually is. And this was throughout the song, from the normal sequences to the high pitches, there were many areas her voice lacked the quality it usually has.

And I love this whole sequence by Sukhwinder and Sunidhi! Just great!

I don't think there are a duet that sing better than Sukhwinder and Sunidhi. Their singing compliments each other so well. They both have similar styles in these kinds of songs, and there have been so many hit songs that both of these have sung together. Like I said, the best singing duet in Bollywood! Excellent chemistry.




Overall, though the voice was lacking clarity and sharpness in some areas, this was a difficult song, she did most of it well, great tempo established, and excellent chemistry! But yeah, the voice quality could've been better.

What to write about this song ...waste of talent of Sunidhi's calibre ...too loud ...Nowadays a good song can make a bad singer look good ... Likewise a bad(but popular) song doesn't do justice to a singer of Sunidhi Chauhan's calibre !!!!!!!!!!!....The voice was loud..., flat in several places ...

Only based on voice, she gets a not-so-well-deserved 6 from my side. She did not get much scope to sing as much as sukhwinder. I found the track to be more on the noisy side and it only had "just that typical effect" on me, I mean, just listen to it, forget it and do not listen to it again. She could have sung much better considering the immense talent she has.

First of all, Sukhwinder's energy is excellent here. Coming back to Sunidhi, the voice has definite vibrancy. Certain lines are sung quite energetically, they really make you move. There is resonance of Sunidhi's voice here, which I loved. Sukhwinder definitely dominated this song, but the parts allocated to Sunidhi are sung quite well. This is a speedy, up-beat song, which makes the singing difficult. She definitely tries to create a mark here, but sometimes her singing feels more of a shout here. It doesn't high-light the versatility of Sunidhi. Never-the-less, it is not a bad effort.

So, from my side the singing will get a solid 7 out of 10.

when i first heard sunidhi sing, i used to call her a patha hua dhol, lol...

she is alright in this song.. sukhwinder clearly steals the show... i'll give her a 5... strictly average on her part...

As much as I love Sunidhi and her vocie and this song, I have to say her voice did not represent her quality of voice in this song. The her voice had the particular naughty ambience and tune to it, ut the digitally mastered voice ruined it for me. Plus, tit was a very simple song by her standards. A 7 from me!
