Well, some hybrid food, like Chinese with Indian flavors, is actually pretty good. But as you said, something like tandoori chicken pizza (never even have heard of this before 😕) wouldn't be as appealing.

Yeah but actually I meant, like when a famous foreign restaurant comes to india we dont need some indianized version of it... like kfc is amazing even tho they didnt introduce some punjabi style chicken or any other nonsense.

and hybrid food is cool if the restaurant is specialized tht way..

That's a good one! "They never leave you!"...😳

Let's just say I want to remain trapped for the rest of my life! 😆

Jokes apart, my mum keeps saying we Indians have the best balanced diet out of all the others. At first, I always thought that was part kidding and part joking. But then, you realize that amidst the ghee, dahi, and aloo, you actually have a lot of good, staple food, always accompanied by crunchy vegetables and filling pulses. We actually do have a very well balanced diet in comparison to many, many cultures across the world. When my cousins from the State rave about what they've been eating, I actually feel quite surprised sometimes. I mean, can someone really eat that day and night and not get fed up of it. Forget fed up, what about the calorie intake?

Kosher is in accordance to Jewish dietary laws. Kosher meats are pretty much halaal meats. Kosher cooking as other dietary restrictions. The kosher style of butchering renders the meat to be more tender and flavorful.

Kobe is a type of beef originated from Japan. It comes from a certain breed of Japanese cattle. They primarily graze on rice paddy, the bulls are castrated and they are often fed beer or sake to improve meat flavor.
