Ok so I am not an avid follower of II. I much rather prefer SRGMP. But this is an II forum, so I'll stick to II only. I'm only here because I've been asked to be here! 😆 I am a singer myself and LOVE every singing reality show. I have my favorite though. Anyways the point of this thread is something else...

I'm not going to specifically state any member, but I'm sure they know who they are. But come on guys. This is a public forum. Many people from all over the world unite to talk about their favorite show. But you simply can't attack someone for stating their opinions and views. I've been noticing that constant attacking has been going on between members. Its a free world. State your opinion, respect others' opinions, and seriously get over it! Not everyone has to or will agree with you and vice versa. Its seriously getting annoying. Cut the drama. TRP isn't going to go up! 😆 No but seriously everyone is entitled to their own views which obviously may or may not match yours.

We want peace on the forums. We are supposed to be a big, happy family!!! No fights. No arguments. No bias thoughts. Just friendship and love.

Awesome topic! I agree! We are all friends here who unite from all around the world to talk about music and entertainment!

I would like to mention a member of one of these forums, though. That's ssk. Him and I have had many debates (err... fights) on these forums but the fact remains that I have immense respect for him and I am sure the reverse is true too! We tend to disagree on a LOT of things but we know that our experience on this forum would not be as rich/entertaining without the each other!

Ok you can count me in also. I am also at loggerheads with ssk most of the times. I tried to be cool this time but today when I saw his comments on someone999, it kinda made me furious.

Rani sahiba you don't know our history of previous forum. We have said this ample times before that everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But I know this rule gets broken time and again. Sometimes its fun though, especially when slumdog's sarcastic comments are there. 😊

I think everyone just needs to chill out and stop taking the virtual world so seriously. I don't know why this thread was created --- I haven't seen any heated arguments in the section just yet. Usually we need such threads once everyone has their favorites and resorts to bashing other people's favorites --- fun stuff. 😆 So keep in mind that not everyone is always going to agree with you, and its okay to disagree.

Anyways, my motto in the virtual world - take everything with a pinch of salt. Remember that respect is a two-way street that is earned and not given. If you don't like someone, ignore them. Chances are, there are some here who don't like you either. Circle of life, virtual or real. :)

Erm yes. Here on the Indian Idol forum we have a game in which we listen to songs by playback singers and rate the singing, like in a reality singing contest. Ssk and I are two of the four judges.
