Here again, until we have such a dialogue from the character(s) I do not assume such things. Creatives were very cleaver in trying the story there without giving a clue as to if Vishaka is shocked that Amma knew her preg thing or if Vishaka is shocked to realise that she is preg.
To each his own views. But since there is no proof as in a dialogue form, I do not accept it.
