Just watched the last episode - Abhi disconnected just when the guy started out saying oh the address got mixed up that explains why you are calling.... he could well have gone on to say your rejection letter was sent to the wrong address. Abhi never heard the consultant saying yes, you got the job.
And here Abhi is already telling everyone and celebrating like he has got the job. I thought this time he was really being childish in getting overexcited (like a kid whose mum has told him she has bought a new toy) and not even hearing the consultant out. A would-be corporate executive cannot behave like that. Imagine he is talking to a client and halfway thru the client's reply he assumes he's got the deal and runs off excitedly 😆.
If it turns out that he did not get the job after all, Simi will really have an excuse to call him bachcha! Pray he does get the job though and moves out of 12/24 with Simi in tow.
