Reason(s) for Riddhima signing the divorce papers ??

Riddhima herself clarified the reason for her signing on for a divorce was NOT ARMAAN !! 👏

And I believe thats true but Riddhima didn't clearly state what exactly was it. I would like to help her state why 😛

Reasons:

1) Sid didn't want to invite, consult or even inform his parents about his marriage. And surprising Shanky was ok with that. Remember how Shanky went all berserk during the AR times - he turned into a detective and a spy - and his reasons ... so that his daughter will be happy in that house. But during the SR times Shanky did not even bother meeting Sid's parents leave alone knowing them. Donno where his traditions went this time round - guess it only matters when u want it to matter!!

2) Sid lied to his mother about his marriage. Why ?? I really never understood this one. At that time Armaan wasnt even around. And I don't buy that his mum was ill - she has always been fit a lil too fit. 😕

3) Sid lied to Riddhima about Armaan. First that Sid knew Armaan was back and then Sid sents AR to meet in Pune.

5) Sid lies to Armaan that he is married to Riddhima. More than a lie it's probably hiding but still.

4) Sid lies again this time to his mum that Riddhima n Armaan are married.

5) Sid now makes Riddhima lie that she is married to Armaan for his mother's sake - first they have a weird court case and then marriage vows. And Sid is all up for witnessing this ...

6) Sid says (he has always been saying) he wants Riddhima to be happy. And then Sid himself decides and defines what Ridhhima happiness is - based on his own assumptions. A total miscommunication like always. They have never really spoken to each other and cleared their doubts.

7) Without consulting anyone Sid sents divorce papers to Riddhima through a third person. I think this is where Riddhima has had enough. Sid sents divorce papers but in his heart he doesn't want Riddhima to sign them and when she does - he suddenly wants to give their marriage a few months. If u don't want something to happen why provoke it? 😕

8) Sid's behaviour reminds me of a kid. A kid who is wanting to do what he is not supposed to and when that something is finally happening he wants to reverse it, he wants the total opposite. 😆


And lets not forget that its been Sid who has been pushing Riddhima towards Armaan. Always encouraging Armaan that Riddhima still loves him. Remember Armaan said that if he initially knew that Riddhima was married he would have left long ago.

Sid has always been lying not matter what his motive have been!! Its about time Riddhima tells Shanky what all Sid has been up to from the lies to pushing her towards Armaan.

And that the reason for Riddhima signing on the divorce is Sid himself. His lies, his assumptions their miscommunications and the most important - lack of trust. They are not even really friends to begin with. Their foundation is filled with cracks – a volcano eruption in totally inevitable!! 😛

And the less we talk about Sid, the better it is for our bps😆!! this character just asks for it !!

Hey loved your post. And yes- Sid is the reason for divorce- not Armaan. Sid hasnt lived up to the relationship. May be he should just leave and find a new girl somewhere else. But on other hand (just to be sincere)- he has not been mature about this relationship and has always tried to make assumptions which are wrong. Eve yesterday- he told her to live with him for 7 months for a "jhoot" (when he wants to be with her)- He is confusing and does not make sense. And yes- you are right- Sid is the reason for divorce (riddhima's miscommunication might be the case too- but Sid is the main reason that this divorce is happening because he has not been mature and a man enough to handle this situation responsibly)

Sid's or SR fans will try to justify sid's behaviour , that what he did was just for Ridhima etc. but if we analyze the whole situation in DMG then Sid did wrong at times , he was her husband. and no noble and a mature man will sit silently during the vows of his wife with someone else.
