no i dont think he is the lost son, in my opinion that a bad idea

sumeet looks older than hiten anyway, and he is!!

but im just wondering will he have role to play after todays episode i have heard he has full fledged role, he's too good of an actor of not getting full fledged role

they should have showed him becoming friends with santu and gradually starting to have feeling for santu,

they just introduced him 2 weeks ago and suddenly have all this mess, i think it bad from the creatives point of view.
