a shattered ,vulnerable riddhima ran into her father's arm and uttered those pleading words,helpless and her father took her in his arms comforting her..........

......a few days later she came to him again shattered helpless,vulnerable telling him it was very difficult for her but she seperated siddanth from herself and broke down asking her father if what she did was right............her father knew that she did not need a preaching then what she needed was her papa to who was like the fairy godmother ,a solution to all her problems..........her father once again hugged her and promised to stand with her......

......he reinstated the promise again but today when he saw his daughter and her husband in anger ,rage and hurt and hurting each other ,he saw what they did not want to see,he asked them to give this marriage a chance for the sake of the seven vows atleast.........

........he stood his ground as her father ,a man of experience ,wisdom and world.........his daughter asked him something few days back and papa will ensure that all is going to be well in her life and who knows better than the man who loves her more than anyone in the world

yeah shanky is awesome...he s wiser, more experienced n knows his daughter extremely well..knows she is ziddi n impulsive n prone to taking wrong decisions in her anger..so am so happy he knocked sense into their big fat heads n even bigger egos..

n did u notice they dint utter a word..not a single letter of protest 😉 coz in their heart they both want this...

Very well said I loved how Shanks intervened in Between SR as he saw they won't be taking the right decision and will keep fighting like kids it was necessary for him to intervene and make them see sense
Because ofcourse shaadi isn't a gudde guddiya ka khel

being a total Daddy's girl I feel Dad shanky is right. He is not crazy and he loves Rids to bits. he would never put her life and happiness in jeopardy.

thanks my dear...........i just needed to write this.........a child can never grow soo big as to question their parents decision especially a man who cares nothing mor than his daughter's well being

that was the highlight ..they did not utter a single word,they both want this marriage to work but are soo stubborn to accept it

Yeah Sun!

Shashank is being the Dad his daughter asked him to be last week!

When young ones are on the verge of faltering, the elders have no option but to intervene!

Good that it is Shashank who is mediating Sid-Riddhima's wedding instead of some third person as in marriage counselor!

Even in real world, when people are on the verge of separating, the court orders them to attend counseling and give a 6 month or so period for rethinking their divorce decision!

For once, the cvs are showing the reality there!

Sid and Riddhima's troubles aren't because they don't "get along" with each other or because of "infidelity" issues...their problems are because they are not communicating with each other and spending time together! they never got a chance to be the "husband-wife"! they were starting to have that "husband-wife" relationship grow....but circumstances cut it midway and the lack of communication created a rift between them.

now is the time to clear that rift....to knock that "berlin wall" down ! and shashank is just being JFK there!😉😆😆😆

i agree fary......shashank knew he could not trust them in their blind anger to make sense ,hence he took matter in his own hands..........and he knows shaadi is not a gudde gudiya khel

awesome post sun!!! Shanky did whatever he had to do!!! He knows there is more to their marriage and Ridzy is not realizing that... whereas Sid has slowly started to realize!!! thank god.. somebody opened their eyes!!!!
