Hey guys! Sorry for the long break! Had been to Tirupati for a darshan of Lord Balaji and then fell sick afterwards due to flu. I want to thank Tania from the bottom of my heart for providing such wonderful updates, didn't feel as if I missed anything!
Start of episode:
Chandini is ecstatic that she will finally get to meet her Mini didi. In her delight, She dances and plays cricket with the chawl kids and Vidya.
At IC, Chandini distributes sweets to everyone. Kabir comes and asks what is the matter and Kavitha teasingly asks him whether he hasn't read the papers. She tells him that Chandini will be finally meeting her sister. She then asks Chandini whether her sister will give her a flight's ticket to New York so that she can meet her bf. Adi also comes there and asks what is going on and Amy tells him that Chandini will be meeting her sister and that her sister works as an airhostess in an International airlines. Adi asks Chandini, oh really! and says if her sister also wears parandhis like her when she is on the flight! Chandini tells him, Mr. Rock and Roll, my sister is the most beautiful and talented girl ever. Adi laughs and tells her that he was just teasing. Chandini then thanks everyone for whatever they have done to help her and says that she will miss them all. Kavitha puzzled asks her where she will be going and Chandini says, Jalandhar. Everybody's face falls at this and Chandini says that she had come to Mumbai only in search of her sister and now that she has, she wishes to go back. Adi says that according to the IC's contract, she has to give a week's notice prior to leaving. He says that is the only reason why he is asking her to stay and not because he will miss her or anything. Chandini also retorts back teasingly that after one week, she will never have to see his face again and for that she can work another week!
Beeji and Sheeba are at the hospital and Beeji pleads with the doctor to make her Manisha allright again. The doctor says that it could take some time as Manisha has already become a drug addict and such habits are hard to break. Beeji says that they are not from Mumbai, but from Jalandhar and they had come here only to find Manisha and now they have found her in such a state. The doctor assures her that he will do all he can, but says that in such times, the emotional and moral support of the patient's family is very important.
Chandini is sitting in her desk and excitedly telling Amy that whenever she and Manisha get together, they used to gossip so much and so loud that their mother would scold them nicely. Amy laughs and says that now their will be even more to gossip and to catch up, especially on Manisha's side as she will have a lot of interesting anecdotes about her flights to Paris, Singapore, New York. Chandini agrees to this and then Amy asks her the name of the flight in which Manisha works. A surprised Chandini says slowly, that she didn't ask her Beeji that piece of information at all as she was so excited that Manisha was coming back.
Back in the chawl, Chandini is eating breakfast and telling Beeji that though she doesn't want to, she has to work one more week as it is according to IC's contract. She then asks Beeji when is Manisha expected. Beeji thinks of what the doctor told her ( that it could take time before Manisha is fully cured ) and tells Chandini that Manisha had called her and that she has to go on an urgent flight from Paris to Singapore. Chandini is disappointed and asks Beeji how could Manisha do this. Beeji says that just like you have to work for one more week and have to honour your job committments, manisha also has to do the same. CHandini asks her whether Manisha doesn't get the urge to meet her younger sister and beeji tells her that whenever Manisha thinks of Chandini, she will surely have the urge to hug her. She says that every incident in life takes place according to a proper time and even there will be the correct time for the two to meet. Chandini then asks her the name of the airlines where Manisha is working and Beeji replies Majestic.
In IC, a disappointed Chandini tells Amy that she can't meet Manisha yet as she has to go on a long flight from Paris to Singapore. Amy tells her that according to her knowledge, no long flights occur without a stopover and it is very possible that this flight will also have a stopover in Mumbai. To find this out, all they have to do is to call the Majestic office. Chandini gets excited and asks amy as to how they will get the number of the Majestic office. Amy says, style hai to smile hai. She reminds Chandini that they work in a call centre and that there is no number which they cannot access. She searches for some time and then finds it out.
Back in the chawl, Chandini angrily tells Beeji that just because Beeji doesn't tell her anything, does that mean she won't find out. Beeji is stunned and scared that Chandini has discovered the truth. Chandini tells her that she and Amy had called up the Majestic airlines office and asks Beeji why she didn't tell her. Beeji terrified tells her what puttar? Chandini puts her arms around Beeji and tells her happily.... that the flight from Paris - Singapore has a stopover at Mumbai tonight! which means Mini didi along with the rest of the crew will be in Mumbai tonight. She tells Beeji excitedly that she will go to the airport and give Mini didi the surprise of her lifetime!
Next episode: Chandini and Amy are standing in the chawl and speaking to Beeji and Sheeba who are in the hospital. Chandini asks Beeji where she is calling from and Beeji tells her the chawl! and puts the phone down. Chandini stunned tells Amy that her Beeji lied to her which means that she is definitely hiding something
