I think Urvi slapped Lakshya because she thought that maybe he was tring to take advantage of the situation and force himself into their lives and confuse the already confused situation further. Maybe she thought that Lakshya has gone a step further than he ought to and that she was sending mixed signals.

i'm a bit confused. Can't Kritika have any more children? I thought she just had a miscarriage was she also told that she can't conceive again.

They aired the episode in the US today. The doctor comes out and the tells them that Kritika can never be a mom again.....
