I have this strange feeling that there is more in store for the character of Karan...his destiny...aside from Abha, that is. Not just uniting the families but other possibilities, like how he succeeds on his own and b/c of his hard work.

Yes I also feel that it is he who must all do, that's why the famous phrase (I'll put an end to the quarrel of our family) wholesale it does the dirty work and Abha will remain arms crossed

So true..honestly Karan plays the part so well- and like someone said, we can see the growth and depth of his character..there are just so many shades of emotion that he can portray..
A funny fact, I joined India-forums almost 5 years back, ironically to get regular updates of Saarthi , that also had Karan Grover portraying the main lead..and he did such an awesome job in that serial that I was addicted to it..Then I moved countries and got busy with university so missed out on his other serials but now that Ive started working and have some free time its great that I can enjoy Karan's acting and his alluring screen presence once again..Thanks Karan Grover for a wonderful job done once again..
I also caught Suhasi's dance on DID and her little interaction with the judges and I must say she is an amazing dancer and has a wonderful screen presence too.. I think she is portraying Abha really well and she and Karan share a captivating chemistry on screen..
I just hope CVs don't tarnish her charaacter further and give Suhasi a chance to express other emotions in the serial other than crying and being helpless! (we know she executes it really well! lol!)

No Way! It was Hayati only...but I wasn't a very active person on the forum because I only had time to catch the written updates.. I used to live in Dublin at that time and only came across shows like Saarthi and Tumhari Disha that I became drawn to while on Holiday in India at my maternal grandparents house..I am not too good with Hindi but these tv serials have improved my hindi.

Then I was on a hiatus from I-F because of school and moving around..and now am back with I-F..and let's just say karan and suhasi struck a chord that has had a lasting effect leaving me addicted to YMGGK..
I didn't start watching YMGGK till february because a scene of one of the episodes was carried forward in one of the other serials I was watching ( i think Pavitra Rishta) and after just seeing a glimpse of Karan-Abha's interaction I was stricken by theirh beautiful chemistry and acting..and out of curiousity started watching it..and now its the only serial I watch with intent.. :)
But from Saarthi..all I can say I used to enjoy reading the updates...till Arjun died (actually i think arjun and original bhoomi had a wonderful chemistry- the new one didnt)..but great updates..

Agree with u, Hayati................Karan portrayed Arjun's character in Saarrthi extremely well............He evolved as an actor through saarrthi...............Arjun was a very strong character and also had different shades...............He was a mere new comer then...........I guess in his early 20's.............He had improved heaps right from the first episode...............Plus, he had that adorably mesmerizing looks...............
As 4 Suhasi, she is doing a great job as well.............and of course they share a very subtle chemistry on screen..............Suhasi should be given more emotionally charged scenes, so that she can display her true talent................Let's see what is in store 4 us, in the future..............

There was so much of interaction between Arjun and the old Bhoomi..............Right from the days when they were just friends, then they got married-the uneasiness at the beginning, the shefali angle, the new firm that Bhoomi created(the clothes one......what was its name, BTW?), then when Arjun left the house etc etc..............they had a misture of emotions 2 portray...........But when the new Bhoomi came, Arjun, in the first place did not know about her actual identity, and when he finally came 2 know about it, it was well, a little late.............Yes, their remarriage and re suhag raat were all good.............but beyond that it didn't work out...............Even I got so disgusted when Arjun was killed that I never turned up after that.............and I never knew about IF when I used 2 watch saarrthi 😆 I wish I had.............and I'm compensating 4 it now............by discussing about saarrthi in YMGGK forum 😃
