More on Rang Badalti Odhani : Discuss here | Watch full episodes | Official Website It's about Khanak (we love the name) and her childhood sweetheart Suraj, who live in Kutch and the city boy Shantanu and his girlfriend Natasha. Both the couples are engaged to be married. Suraj works for Shantanu's dad's factory. Shantanu is a typical spoilt brat, who rides bikes and gets into trouble even as his girl does every possible thing to drill sense into him. He is the younger of the two brothers and is yet to grow up. While on the other hand, Suraj is a good hearted bloke, who dreams to marry and get Khanak home but he dies a day after their marriage and Shantanu is held responsible for his death. The panchayat head played by Pankaj Dheer will decide what punishment Shantanu will get but Khanak will stop him because she wants to punish him herself. All the three leads Harpriit Singh (Suraj), Yashashri Masurkar (Khanak) and Karan Tacker (Shantanu) have truly done justice to their character as compared to other actors. The show is slowly gaining attention from the viewers. The lead actress Yashshashri Masurkar, a Marathi actress, who acted in a kabaddi based show has tremendous potential in acting. She lived up to the character of being a lively young village girl already, and shows promise to take on the next sequences with equal fineness. The setting for the show has got some authentic taste of Kutch traditions. New comer Harpriit Singh has really performed very well, his personality will surely be loved by the audiences, especially girls, while Karan Tacker has improved notches in his acting skills as compared to his first show Love Ne Mila Di Jodi. Karan still maintains the charming screen presence. Khanak has lost her husband Suraj in an accident while working under Shantanu. She is completely shattered with the loss of her love Suraj and she holds Shantanu responsible for his death. The scenes are picturized to appeal to the audience. In the scene where Khanak was crying, the audience can't help but cry with her. It seems like the colour of this Odhani will not fade away with time. Verdict: It is an unique show which has premiered on STAR One and the audience won't be disappointed because the presentation is authentic and it's a good change for the viewers to watch. Don't forget to watch Khanak and Shantanu's face off in Rang Badalti Odhani every Monday to Friday at 10 pm only on STAR One. http://www.starone.in/news/251/review-rang-badalti-odhani.aspx |
