ranking - Page 2

I have not understood how this works. Daya Sir and ACP are always yellow while other with the same number are green one day, red another day. Not sure what stats they are trying to show.

Oh I had no idea what those green, yellow and red arrows were... Now I got it. But how exactly does the ranking work? How does their rank go up or down? Is there any voting system for it?

I think Daya's page has about 18 pages of comments and Abhijeet's has 9 pages of comments and inspite of that Daya doesnt have any rank at all...

I just understood that the green arrow means the rank is going up, red means its going down and yellow means that their rank is constant...But an someone tell me exactly what this ranking thing is all about? 😕
