Why is Karan alone doing all the sacrifices?

Why is Karan alone doing all the sacrifices? Why is Abha doing nothing to change the situation and hurting Karan? I understand Abha doesn't want to hurt her family, but geez, she is being completely heartless.....

Heartless is one way of putting it.

For me, she has stopped thinking about Karan altogether, which is really, really sad for the story, and even sadder for us viewers.

Abha quite a BIG sacrifice HIS LIFE I think nothing is worse than to live as an undead, having said that insensitive I think it did (see how the tears poured Karan could drown lol)

No yaar she is a slow person she cant easily understand someones feelings...she is also thinking of karan she know that saniya is a good person an'd she will look after karan..

only cursing abha wont do anything..try to think on her side too.

You know till yesterday's episode I would have agreed with you that Abha is confused, and needs to sort out things in her head about how to reveal her marriage to her parents. I was even happy that at the first mention of marriage to Sanskar, she revealed her marriage to her sister and asserting that she considers herself to be Karan's wife.

But yesterday's episode was terribly disappointing because she wasted time in not telling her mother/Sanskar about her marriage. Even when her father asked her if she was willing to marry Sanskar, she could have said something (anything instead of yes!) like she does not look at Sanskar that way or he is only a friend or he is like a brother to her as they grew up together - whatever! There was no need to reveal her marriage to her father but agreeing to marry Sanskar is indefensible! There was no need to hurt Sanskar. And, there definitely is no reason to hurt her husband.

She can be slow and take all the time she needs to sort things out, but she should have talked to Karan and told him she needs time. She should have told her mother about her marriage and refused to let anyone talk to her about marrying somebody else. She can be polite and firm about it. She can take her time convincing her parents that she believes in Karan and her marriage.

That is the problem I have - no backbone to stand up for what you believe is right. The creatives could have given us a strong woman (assertive but not aggressive) for a change. Opportunity wasted!

Today, she had a perfect opportunity to say something to her family about Karan when he came to the house, with his shagun but she stood by and said nothing to her father, when he was abusing him. All she's doing is crying. She needs to show some strength and stand up for what is right. She may be unwilling to face the truth or accept it, but I guess things are starting to work in Karan's favor.

yes I think it was necessary was worth Karan sees it as her saree to Abha. I'm still angry Abha cons but I let the benefit of all again some day

I think abha is a very very weak character and she will wait for God to come on earth and help her.
