Rohan 'chance maaroing' on Isha? - Page 3

If Rohan out of the blue starts pursuing Isha cuz Gaurav made him think and wonder why he never made a move on Isha, I'd find that to be kind of a let down....So Rohan needs to be TOLD by someone that he should like Isha?😕😆

Hmm, hard to explain...if Rohan had made a move on her early on, it'd take away the edge away from speculation that he respects her enough not to make her one of his conquests. I'd like to believe that he does respect her in that way and thinks of her as different from other girls, if not special. From what has been shown so far, I'd think that Rohan never considered Isha in that way, most probably because they were parts of totally different groups and different types of people in college. Just the way they treat each other, having a previous history of such feelings doesn't occur to the mind...and say he had felt something for her, it would mean that he was shot down or discouraged from pursuing it? Somehow the idea just doesn't appeal to me.

Rohan pursuing Isha just because Gaurav mentioned it would definitely be a let-down...but I don't think that was the purpose of Gaurav's comment. It was more to open Rohan's eyes to this fact, not to propel him in making a move. It was probably something that made him consider and see Isha in a different light, that's it. The pursuing or actually liking/falling in love with Isha part has to come on his own, through more development and incidents he shares with her, no?

About being 'TOLD'...many times in life we need to be shown things from a different perspective, which we would otherwise miss 😊 What seems normal to Rohan (working with Isha for 7 years as friends) is a shock to Gaurav 😆 It's just like what Naina said to Isha about how she perceives her and Rohan's relationship...sometimes finding out how a third person evaluates your relationship may help you see something you take for granted or don't even notice.

Of course, I'm in the minority, but depending on how the possible romantic history is handled, it may be likable. I'm open to whatever the show has to offer, and that's certainly not the expected (: Maybe we'll all be surprised 😛

Fatty, I get your point yaar.....I didn't mean exactly that about the 'TOLD' bit....I can understand that ppl sometimes need a third outside perspective to be able to evaluate their own relationships which they may not see being so personally involved in them....

What I think is that this 'respect' issue that we're speaking of....Rohan respecting Isha enough not to just pursue her as another notch on his bedpost....I think that could tie in to the possible romantic history at one point....I would find it believable if they showed that at one point or initially when he met her, Rohan may have liked her or tried to hit on her but something made him back off....maybe he thought she was just too nice a girl to mess with like that....that is where I think the respect issue would tie in.....I'm not saying they should show that Rohan has been in love with her all along and just put up a front of not caring and running around with different women....I'm just saying that I can see if they show that there have been some feelings all along that maybe at one point initially Rohan may have been aware of, but then brushed under the carpet too quickly and recent events may have started to make him re-evaluate?? They both care about each other on a level that they don't fully realize or explore all the time either.....

Ofcourse we have to wait and watch what they actually show😆....maybe we will all indeed be surprised....haha

btw, the last time you were pretty sure about your Sureena=gold digger theory too, nahin?? Didn't quite pan out that way, did it?😆....Maybe I'll get the same sort of surprise with this theory😆....
