Already, the family that's willing to adapt Sushma's baby is another rich family that's willing to give her money for meds that she otherwise cannot afford. They are giving her the best pre-natal care. I think Sushma will be happy if at least this part of her life goes well, then she'll hopefully focus on her studies and getting a good job.

Hmm, I wonder if there's a step-mother invovled w/ Kabir's family. I mean, his mother passed on pretty early, maybe his father moved on? Kabir does says his father is very ambitious, he could have married for power or maybe he stayed a widower and focuses on his work. I'm wondering if maybe Kabir's love for Dadi is him reminiscing about his nani and if it's Jyoti who will eventually bring father (& family) and son back together.

LOL, I can't wait to see Choti Ma and Padma's face when they find out who Kabir is and that he loves / is marrying Jyoti.

As for Sushma, after the adoption track, I want her to be single and pursue her studies. Honestly, I think this would be a much better track and example for Indian women and our society than showing her getting married and having problems with her in-laws.
