Marriages are made in heaven or not?

If marriages are made in heaven, why do sometimes people end up getting divorce? Does this mean God also make mistake? Are marriages always eternal? Ridz while taking vows was only thinking about Armaan so where is sanctity left in taking those vows with Sid....vows are meant to be taken from heart not as lip service. What's your take on this?
