Contrary to whatever happened today - Padma still had the nerve and right to go to Jyoti and ask her for money to pay for groceries..!!!

Now that she's found the movie ticket- Jyoti would be in a bigger mess!

Loved Kabir's appearance @ the theater today - the way he mimiced the movie monster laugh, and the way he sneaked up to Jyoti & startled her. 😆😆😆 And once inside, the way he kept interrupting, and finally Jyoti just gave up trying to talk to him 😆😆😆 Jyoti really needs this.

The scene @ home - Poonam complaining about how Deepu won't be able to support her as a result of losing his job. But when did Poonam ever ask Deepu for anything? Everytime she wants something, first thing she does is call her dad. Only thing she does is tax Sushma on why she ever takes anything from Deepu. But one thing I like is Poonam's offer to live in her maayka, so that she doesn't become a burden on them: normally, the Sharmas dread their girls living in their maaykas - it's the equivalent of a death sentence. In fact, Poonam herself was taunting Sushma & Jyoti for living in their maayka, and now here is her offer?

I liked how when Kabir visited, he went in to disabuse those 2 feminists of the notion that he's Jyoti's bf. Incidentally, here they are, ostensibly standing up for women, and they jump to conclusions that just b'cos Jyoti is w/ a guy, he's her bf? But my favorite part was him going in and brazenly hitting on Dadi - first inviting her on his bike, and then telling her that he wants to date her. Shouldn't this convince the Sharmas that he doesn't have designs on Jyoti, but would rather control the entire family by seranading Dadi? 😆😆😆

I was somewhat sympathetic to Deepu that Jyoti does impose onerous rules on them, like the time she sat out his wedding, but in this case, he should respect that Jyoti has her own life that she has every right to lead. Although given how Jyoti never respected his privacy but forced him into marrying for the sake of compensating their parents for not being able to throw grand weddings for the 3 sisters, I can't say I fault Deepu completely. And now, Padma is about to grill Jyoti about those movie stubs.

It's high time Jyoti drew a line in the sand, and selected an option w/ which to proceed.

well padma is padma...if there is one predictable character in the show its padma..and of course Bhairavi and her new boyfriend...deepu has also started whining like his dad??
