Use sunscreen lotion: Sunlight is strongest between noon to 3 pm. Before stepping out please use good sunscreen lotion which has strong protection, say SPF 50, as strong protection is needed in India's summer. |

Hydrate your body: During the summer, our body gets dehydrated from the heat even in the shade. Those who work excessively hard are even more susceptible to heat stroke, which is very dangerous for both body and mind. It completely weakens the body, and to avoid it drink lots of water. At least 5 litres a day. And not just this: have fruit juice - raspberry, strawberry and, most efficient of all, water melon. |

Avoid too much tea and coffee: Both tea and coffee produce heat in our body and that excess results in severe acidity. Avoid them and have cool natural fluids like coconut water and orange juice. |
