Recap lady says jab Riddhima ko ja ehsas hota hai ke Armaan ne Sid ko marra hai, toh woh Armaan se milnay nikal jaati hai.. milnay ke liye???.. wow! what a narrator..
Riddhima comes looking for Armaan, but can't find him. Then one in million chances, Armaan walks into the hospital and stops outside the ward and at that very moment Dr. Kirti tells the nurse, "sister, Dr. Armaan aur Dr. Riddhima mere cabin main bhajiye..abhi". Armaan walks in the ward to talk to Dr. Kirti, no greetings, no hi's, just straight hammer it on her head. "Dr. Kirti mujhay aap se aik bahut important baat karni hai."
"acha hua aap yahin aa gaye mujhay bhi aap se aik baat karni hai." she waits and tells him "aap mere cabin main jaa kar intezar keejiye, main wahin aa kar aap se baat karti hoon."
"Dr. Kirti ab aur wait karnay ka koi faidah nahin." Dr. Armaan announces looking at his profit and loss sheet. "main ne decision le liya hai." Dhennnn!!! (musical Bang). and Dr. Kirti forgets to close her mouth.
Meanwhile Ridhima is still searching for Armaan (angrily!) going around the hospital in circles. It was apparently her second lap and she was close to her full speed.
Meanwhile Dr. Kirti closes her mouth, recovering from unknown shock and tells Armaan "aap mere cabin main ja ke intezar kijiye main 5 minute main aati hoon.."
Armaan says "jee" and leaves for her cabin, and Dr. Kirti is looking so scared as if he has kidnapped someone. Riddhima walks into the cafeteria, looking around like a police inspector looking for her mujrim. Panning the cafeteria I guess with the hidden camera in her head (possibly). She walks out and receives the (voice) pager from Dr. Kirti. As she says "Dr. Kirti bula rahi hai", she takes two small step in reverse then presses the accelerator and leaves the clutch and screeches to Dr. Kirti cabin. (you can watch this again, if you don't believe me!)
Armaan enters Dr. Kirti office and is thinking and Riddhima also follows him in. War drums start to roll, the music tells you that something is going to happen. Riddhima who was moving full speed in anger, looking for Armaan to possibly beat the hell out of him for beating Sid, now stands there avoiding looking at him. Snake-eyes!!! Then it takes her about 20 seconds to walk close to him and probably she forgot why she was there.
She ran the flashback "Armaan ne tum par haath uthaya hai" the dialogue is repeated twice, once to remind her and second time to verify. After she recalls the purpose she becomes angry again. As she is about to say it to Armaan, a male nurse enters at the exact moment (it was more like a coitus interruptus!!) Then after giving Dr. Kirti's message he goes out.
Riddhima's anger burst into "tum kabhi nahi sudhro gay!, wohi harkatay, wohi aadat" she was talking like a teacher (you may replace her with mom).
"lagta hai Dr. kirti ne Riddhima ko mere barey main bata diya hai", Armaan plays on his 5.1 surround system, is he so conceited? He never told Dr. Kirti what he has decided, and what makes him think Riddhima would come ask him about his decision?
Armaan responds "toh main aur kya karta?" now is this a comedy scene, where Riddhima is talking about beating Sid, and Armaan is telling her about his decision. He continues,
"situation ne mujhe ye karnay par majboor kar diya hai" the scriptwriter probably will bring in the punch line, where I should be laughing like mad.
"har cheez ka doshh halaat par dalney se tumhari ghalti kum nahin ho jayegi." if you listen to these dialogues carefully, they could have been used when she told him point blank in the locker room as to why she got married and did not wait for him. I guess they wrote the dialogues but they did not know where to use them.. this is a good place..
"khud ke emotions (or motions???) to control karna khud ke haath main hota hai." Riddhima continued with her lecture. "halaat ke nahin" and Armaan just listens to it quietly.
"agar tum nay ghalati ki hai toh ussey accept karo," she is on a different topic and Armaan is on a different topic, is this is their level of understanding after two years of courtship.. I can imagine other thing also.
"ghalti hai" Armaan retorts and mumbles something (could be some gali shali!)
"armaan tum ne jo kiya hai uskay liye ghalti bahut hi chota word hai." Riddhima keeps pushing her hubby's case. By the way Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is the longest word and Riddhima can use it for Armaan's act of Beating Sid.
"aisi kaun si ghalti ki hai main ne Riddhima?" Armaan asks her, and I was shocked. Is Armaan thinking that what he did by leaving her was not a ghalti, it has to be something different.
"Tum ne Siddhant par haath uthaya hai" the possessive wife finally says it. I am sure if they were using laughter track, they would have run the track for 10 seconds. Armaan seems shocked, she is taking Sid's side now!.
"Agar ghalti ki hai to ussay maano" Riddhima is on same track.
"oh!.. tum uske ke baray main baat kar rahi ho." now he realises, this is what happens if you don't read the script before coming for shooting. 1 min 20 secs wasted on this miscommunication.
"Toh aur kiss baray main baat karoongi main" Riddhima is very stern and clear. Armaan looks at her in disbelief, now if he assumed that Dr. Kirti told Riddhima about his decision, which he has not even disclosed to Dr. Kiriti. He realises that and says "nothing" (even he had not said the word "nothing" I would still have written, he said nothing.. minus the quotes!)
You know what Armaan, agar tum apni harkatein thori si badal lo toh doosro ke liye bhi aur tumahare liye bhi zindagi aasaan ho jayegi." Now this is a fair assessment coming from someone who was the love of his life. Once in love, you are blinded by it and ignore such character assessments, this is one of the reasons love marriages fails once you step into the practical side of married life. (Note down young lovers!!)
Armaan immediately changes himself and acknowledges "thank you for the advice!".
"Agar Siddhant chahta toh woh bhi tum par haath utha sakta tha." Sid sent her alone to beat Armaan, whereas he stayed back. Riddhima is a devoted wife.. 3 cheers for Riddhima, hip, hip, hurrrrrrayyyy!!!
"You know what Riddhima" Armaan becomes formal (he starts to speak in english) and angry, "main ne Sid par haath uthhya" becomes informal again (speaks hindi) "accept karta hoon" (in/formal again?) "laiken regret nahin karta", Riddhima looks at him strangely ke kitna dheet hai. and it makes her more angry, and Armaan clarifies "par wahan ghalti meri nahin thi"
"Exactly!" says Riddhima. "tumse yehi expected tha.!" Riddhima is disappointed in her best student. "pehlay ghalti karo, phir uss ko mano mutt, doosro ko blame karo."
"apni ghalti ko accept karna seekho" Riddhima raises her voice.
"accept mujhey nahin Riddhima tumhey karna hai" Armaan says as he moves his pawn in the game of chess."Sid ne mujhay aaj tak jo kaha sahi nahin kaha"
"Sidhant ke baray main jhooti batay banana band karo Armaan" Riddhima is not ready to listen anything against Siddhant. But my sixth sense was talking to me..telling me why are they building up this scene, to flare up Riddhima for the next scene.
"or uss ne mujh se jo jooth kaha woh?" Armaan continues to flare up Riddhima. "devta bannay ki koshish kar rah tha tumhara PATI..(he said the golden word of acceptance but at the same time it started give me cramps in my stomach ke ab Sid ki baari hai.)
"aisay behave kar raha tha ke jaisay sachay dil se hum dono ko milana chahata hai"
Riddhima expression is like "oh! No! Sh*t!!
"asiay behave kar raha tha ke jaisay ussay acha insaan iss duniya may hai hi nahin" Armaan continues his statements of truth.
"Ussi nay mujhay Puna bheja tha" Armaan tells her."tum se milnay ke liye." Riddhima now is really angry and the flashback shows Sid telling Armaan "main Riddhima se tumhay milwaon ga" and gives him a chit like a police informer. Armaan hugs him and Sid cannot keep his balance, it shows Sid cannot keep his balance whether he is hugged or punched!.
Riddhima is becoming angrier and Armaan also realises that she is going to kill Sid, he tries to soften her anger by justifying "agar woh uss waqt mujhay bata daita ke, tum logon ki shaadi ho gayee hai, toh na to aaj main tumharey samnay hota aur na hi uss par haath utha." He played smart. He covered up for all his acts which humiliated Riddhima and passed the buck to Sid. Now Riddhima must be confused, yeh toh bara acha hai, and I have been unreasonable with him for the last 3 minutes. and takes about 20 secs to capture everything and says "what!!!" in disbelief.
She repeats the allegations made by Armaan "Siddhant ne tumhe Puna bhaija"
"nahi" Armaan now rubs the salt in her wound by being sarcastic, "mujhay sapne main aaya tha ke tum puna main ho"
After wasting 5 minutes of our precious airtime, he tells her "tumhe mujhsay nahi uss se baat karni chahiye" Those who go to government(public) offices to get their payment etc. normally they are directed like this "ab aap uss dafter main chalay jaaye, yeh post office se stamp lagawa kar uss dafter main jamma kara dain.."
Riddhima still does not leave, she calls in for a flashback to verify what Armaan is saying. Flashback comes in "Sid telling her over the phone "tum jab puna poncho gi toh tumahare sawal khud ba khud tumharey samey ho ga. " he should have said "jawab"
She still stays there, now she has tears and second flashback is played when she meets Sid in the hospital corridor, Sid says "Armaan wapas aagaya hai" and Riddhima asks "tum jante ho!" because she did not tell Sid whom she met in Puna.
She while standing there put 2 + 2 and got the answer 4. Dr. Kirti was possibly waiting for all this to complete and she walks in.
Dr.Kirti comes with some english style war/action music with her and stands there and Armaan reminds her, "Dr. Kirti main ne aap se general ward main baat ki thi" and Dr. Kirti totally ignores what he is saying and instead tells them in a stern tone "mujhay bhi aap dono say issi barey main baat karni hai."
"Pichlay kuch dinon se Sanjeevni ka workload bahut barh gaya hai," Wait! Wait!, can someone take a wild guess. Pichlay kuch dinon was the time they were having court martial in the hospital, all the staff was there. Where was Dr. Kirti at that time? she then says " kisi aik insaan kay liye sambhaalna bahut mushkil honay wala hai. Iss liye main chahati hoon ke aap dono mil kar sanjeevni ka sara kaam manage karen." and she knows the exact problem between the love triangle. Is she on drugs?? this Dr. Kirti and the war trumpets play in the background, the artillery is moving its flanks, the infantry is marching with their shields, swords and armour.. Dhenn..Dhen...Dhen.. on other shows for such background music they use
Dhinn..tana..Dhin..tana..Dhin...tananana..Dhinn..tana..Dhin..tana..Dhin...tananana.
so here the war music kept on playing, camera took its time to shoot close ups and suddenly music hits a Cresendo and the music becomes very loud, and Dr. Kirti asks like General Patton who after reading out his war plans to all his Army generals is asking "Are We Clear???", the music played on for around 8 bars, and it was disturbing for Riddhima as she could not think clearly with such loud music. So the volume was reduced just in time for Dr. Kirti to say "Dr. Armaan!!" in such a loud voice, probably she thought music must still be loud or she thinks Armaan is hard at hearing or she want to show her power of command. Those who have seen war movies, this is how they talk to their new recruits. "Are you clear!!" and Armaan is thinking, she did not listen to what I was saying.. he gave hope on her. "Very clear now!". The way the music was being played in the background and the timing they were keeping to deliver the dialogue, it was sort of a semi musical show, keeping in view the type of music , you can safely say semi-war-musical, Armaan adds "Dr. Kirti" exactly like the recruits who shouts back at his sergeant, he pauses and then says "Sir!" to keep himself within rules.
So let me put it together for you. Just the last sentence of Armaan.
Kirti says "Are you clear?" (8bars of war music)"Very clear now!" (8bars of war music)"Dr.kirti" (8bars of war music)
and she walks out of the room, leaving Armaan and Riddhima to look at each other. Sanjeevi's workload has increased and two of the doctors are still standing idle.
Naina father's still greets Mr. Raja and his son. This is suppose to be a comedy track, where Yuvi and JP has played a funny trick by showing as if naina is worst than a call girl. She goes out with both of them. As Mr. Raja airs out his concern, Naina's father has no clue and Yuvi and JP are enjoying their prank to its fullest. Naina being a good daughter cannot take that someone should insult her father like this in the hotel lobby.Just as she interrupts Mr. Raja, she sees Yuvi and Jp showing her Thumbs up and she becomes willing and tells Mr. Raja to 'please continue' and he continues to insult her father and she keeps smiling and enjoying. What values and humor. Yuvi and JP feel very proud of this prank and they leave.
The tracks introduced for interns is soooooooooooo pathetic that Armaan and Riddhima track which is lesser patheic start to look good in comparison.
Sid clarifies "haan tumhi nay toh kaha tha " means it was not my idea and I am not taking any lead or responsibility.
"toh tumhe yaad hai ke main ne tum se kya kaha tha." Riddhima asks her as she is about to play her war background soundtrack. She is like trapping him into the bashing ring by verifying that he is clear on the understanding.
"Haan!" Sid acknowledges but I doubt it if he had any clue.
"Kya kaha that main ne tum se?" Riddhima now want to make sure that they are on the same track.
"Yehi ke zaindagi naye siray se shruu.".Sid was trying to recall the dialogue by-heart."
"aur kya kaha tha main ne" Riddhima wants him to spit out everything she told him.
"yehi.." Sid tries to adlib like jazz guitarist.
"yehi ke main tumahari patni hoon" Riddhima helps him with the answer. "meri shaadi hui hai tumse" and Sid is in a panic state ("iss ko abhi tak yaad hai?")
"yehi meri zindagi ki sachai hai jis ke saath main jeena chahati hoon" I only wish they had shown flashback not only it would have been more emotional but also taken less time for recap.
"Haan Riddhima.." Sid mumbles..
"Par main nahi janti thi ke jis kay saath main apni zindagi ki sacchai ko sacchai samjh ke jeena chahti hoon, woh mujh se itna barra jhoot bole ga" as she says the whole rooms spins.
"riddhima tum kiya keh rahi ho" Sid tries to ask innocently. I was thinking about our teacher in 9th grade every student was a trouble maker and all she could do is to lecture us every time someone got caught doing something wrong.
"Kya keh rahi ho, Mujhay samjh nahi aaye" Really? Sid!
"main saare jhoot peechay chor kar sacchai ke saath iss rishtay ko shru karna chahati thi" Riddhima gave her synopsis of the new relationship.
"Riddhima main bhi yehi chahata hoon " Sid wanted to clear his position.
"Agar tum aisa chahtey toh mujh se itna barra jhoot nahin bolte." at the word "jhoot" the room spins again and after 2 bars spins back, guess it was done by mistake.
"tum kiya keh rahi ho" Please aaraam se ghar par chal kar baat kartey hain" Sid tried to postpone this discussion
"Kiss ke ghar?" Riddhima is angry now. This is exactly what happens if you don't consummate the marriage on the first night. She wouldn't be saying this today.
"uss ghar par jahan meray jazbaaton ki koi qadar nahin" is she referring to consummation??
"jahan par humare beech koi sacchai nahin?" Riddhima continues. Sid is like kicking himself internally.
"Mujhay laga tha ke humarey beech sirf sacchai, koi jhoot nahi" Riddhima expressed her expectation
Riddhima!" now Sid starts off, "main ne kiya kya hai, kaun sa jhoot kaha hai tumse" He wants to know exactly..
"Jis ateet ko main peechay chorna chahati thi uss ko mere samney laikar aagaye aur pooch rahey ho ke kaun sa jhoot bola hai" and Sid is lost..does not know what to say..
"Armaan ko Puna kiss nay bhaija tha" this must have been serious, the rooms spins for two complete circles. and Sid was caught unguarded and was like "Ot terey keeeee!!!!"
"Kyun tum ne jaan booj kar Armaan ko Puna bhaija?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun tum ne mujhay milney kay liye wahan bulaya?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun tum ne mujhay nahin batay ke Armaan laut aya hai?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun Sid Kyun Bolo!!!" the rooms spins again, for Sid, I guess Armaan punches were less painful.
"Kyun kya tum ne mere saath aisa?" It was the 5th consecutive Kyun, (can someone check whether it a record?)
Sid the wise-guy who was lost and confused suddenly regains his stature and dheetly says "tumharey liye.." It hits Riddhima on the head, I could hear the bang, and I was thinking she may get a migraine headache with this answer."tumhari khushi kay liye" and Riddhima does not how to react on this.
Inspite of what Riddhima said to him, repeatedly, about starting their new life, he was on the same track "main tumharey aur Armaan ke beech main nahin aana chahta tha". I don't know about Riddhima's head, my friggin fingers have started to hurt while typing this dialogue.
"Kyun mujhay iss chorahey par la kar khara diya" translation (Parked me at the crossroad) it was a direct question again.
Kyun mujhay agni pariksha denay par majboor kar rahey ho?" Riddhima is now worried about herself. 5 + 2 = 7 Kyuns.
"main tum pay ye rishta thopna nahin chahta Riddhima." One of the most elegant and romantic selection of word "thopna" .. Thopna is the act of putting the cow-dung cakes on the wall, to dry up and then use for burning. Now you folks can make out, instead of thoping on the wall, he stepped into it bigtime.
"Jante ho Sid, mujhay iss rishtay ne itna dukh nahi diya jitna tum ne diya hai" she should have said "itna dukh nahi diya hai jitna confuse kya hai.. "
Now Riddhima is not believing what he has done. "Sid tum toh mere dost thay na, tum ne wadah kya tha ke hamesha mera saath do gay" with Sid as a friend you don't need enemies.
"Riddhima main aaj bhi tumhare saath hoon" Sid the wise-guy insists, not understanding what he has done to her. Is he another Armaan in the making???
"tum ne aaj mujhay akela chorr diya." Riddhima is now free of both the kids.
"iss toofan se larnay ke liye akela chor diya" (whereas Armaan ne marnay ke liye akela chor diya tha, its a one-letter trick!!!!)
"Really Riddhima main toh tumhey sirf khush dekhna chahta hoon" Sid does not stop like Armaan.. meri-riddhima..meri-riddhima..
"Nahi Sid" Riddhima is now fed up of this kid. "tum mera imtihaan laina chahtey ho" and the room spins. Can they please stop spinning the room I feel nauseous, already both the leading men have been thrashed by the lady, and the storyline, and then this spinning.. Someone please Stop them..
"Dekhna chahtey ho ke main kissay chunti hoon" he has not trusted her to be loyal to him aur that godforsaken "khushi" key liye. aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!
"Jab main tumhara ghar chorna chahati thi toh tumhi nay kaha tha na mujhse, ke tum mujhay khush rakho gay.. (folks She has done her homework..! and she has watched all the episodes on the youtube)
"aur tumhi nay kaha tha na ke tum aur main.. " she pauses thinks whether she should say it or not, because he may again say it "ke tumhari khushi ke liye" but she starts a new sentence "ke tum mujh se .." is she going to se pyar or pasand, because Sid said "main tumhey pasand karnay lagga hoon". (as if tumaharey khandan par ehsaan kar raha hoon!!)
"jante ho Sid" she starts a new sentence, "ab jitna dukh tum ne mujhay diya hai, itna dukh mujhay Armaan ke wapas aaney par bhi nahi hua" So folks, Sid and Armaan have screwed up big time. They have equal opportunity or someone more sensible is likely to come in.
Sid is standing like a driver who is guilty of an accident of begum sahab brand new car..and guess they have a peeping Tom.. and he is hiding behind the door as kids watch their parent fight.
And the closeup shows that he has heard the right sentence "itna dukh mujhay Armaan ke aaney par bhi nahin hua tha" x 2 .
"Riddhima!" Sid tries to touch her and She stops him.. wow.. yeh bhi haath dho baitah..
What happened here is not as big a shock for Armaan or Siddhant, but for my those friends who were planning Siddhant and Riddhima's long awaited Marriage consummation on this forum over the weekend. They have made all the arrangements and after extensive discussions, spelled out their fantasies, special kicks/kinks (even the crying part!!before or after), with all the possible emotional touches they wanted to see in this act, and for some the next morning was important too!! (I am sorry for all those friends!)
What they can enjoy is the crying part only!!
"Sid, shaadi hui thi meri tumse, pheray liye hain main ne tumharey saath " and the room spins "main Armaan ka pyar bhool kar tumharey saath aik nai zindagi jeenay ki koshish kar rahi thi." Armaan, the gentleman is eavesdropping on a married couple personal problems, how honorable.. It reminded me of SPY vs SPY.
"jab main ne Armaan ko apne samnay dekha to sab se pehlay mere mann main ye khayaal aya ke ye baat main tumhe kaisay bataaon gee" Sid is (hopefully ) ashamed about "tumhari khushi wali approach" and Armaan also now understands that Riddhima had it for Sid.
"par tumhey toh pehlay se sab kuch hi pata tha" and the room spins..
"Shayad mere naseeb main khushi nahi likhi.." Riddhima says and Armaan feels bad about her love too.
She walks out and Sid gets her dupatta in his hand and Armaan continues to watch this 'peep show'.
"aaj tum ne bhi mujhay akela chor diya hai" Riddhima looks back at Sid who is still holding her dupatta.
"Tum ne bhi mera Dil torr diya.." Bechari Riddhima. She runs out of the rooms and the dupatta slips out of his hands. Sid closes his empty fists. She does not see Armaan standing there, possibly she was about to hit supersonic speed.
They showed some dramatic interpretation of the song with respect to the characters. Armaan in a circle of fire, crying and suffering, Riddhima tied to two long chains and crying, and Sid possibly sleeping over it on a trolley.
The PreCap for tommorrow is the best one I have seen since Pink Panther the movie. Riddhima is standing in front of INFORMATION (ward, I suppose) and Armaan and Siddhant walk across her as strangers. They should have avoided to be in her close proximity, but instead they seemed to be annoyed at her.
Again the PreCap, they are performing some ritual so that they can free Riddhima from the chains.
My opinion: To be open and frank, the Sh*t has hit the fan. Both have played wrong shots and got out. Game is 1-1 all. Are they going to get an equal opportunity for hitting on Riddhima again?, or Riddhima will wait for them to grow up, or groom them herself. As for my friends, those over the weekend wanted Riddhima to sleep with Armaan and Siddhant may themselves sleep tight hoping for sweet dreams. Good night!

Riddhima's anger burst into "tum kabhi nahi sudhro gay!, wohi harkatay, wohi aadat" she was talking like a teacher (you may replace her with mom).
"lagta hai Dr. kirti ne Riddhima ko mere barey main bata diya hai", Armaan plays on his 5.1 surround system, is he so conceited? He never told Dr. Kirti what he has decided, and what makes him think Riddhima would come ask him about his decision?
Armaan responds "toh main aur kya karta?" now is this a comedy scene, where Riddhima is talking about beating Sid, and Armaan is telling her about his decision. He continues,
"situation ne mujhe ye karnay par majboor kar diya hai" the scriptwriter probably will bring in the punch line, where I should be laughing like mad.
"har cheez ka doshh halaat par dalney se tumhari ghalti kum nahin ho jayegi." if you listen to these dialogues carefully, they could have been used when she told him point blank in the locker room as to why she got married and did not wait for him. I guess they wrote the dialogues but they did not know where to use them.. this is a good place..
"khud ke emotions (or motions???) to control karna khud ke haath main hota hai." Riddhima continued with her lecture. "halaat ke nahin" and Armaan just listens to it quietly.
"agar tum nay ghalati ki hai toh ussey accept karo," she is on a different topic and Armaan is on a different topic, is this is their level of understanding after two years of courtship.. I can imagine other thing also.
"ghalti hai" Armaan retorts and mumbles something (could be some gali shali!)
"armaan tum ne jo kiya hai uskay liye ghalti bahut hi chota word hai." Riddhima keeps pushing her hubby's case. By the way Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is the longest word and Riddhima can use it for Armaan's act of Beating Sid.
"aisi kaun si ghalti ki hai main ne Riddhima?" Armaan asks her, and I was shocked. Is Armaan thinking that what he did by leaving her was not a ghalti, it has to be something different.
"Tum ne Siddhant par haath uthaya hai" the possessive wife finally says it. I am sure if they were using laughter track, they would have run the track for 10 seconds. Armaan seems shocked, she is taking Sid's side now!.
"Agar ghalti ki hai to ussay maano" Riddhima is on same track.
"oh!.. tum uske ke baray main baat kar rahi ho." now he realises, this is what happens if you don't read the script before coming for shooting. 1 min 20 secs wasted on this miscommunication.
"Toh aur kiss baray main baat karoongi main" Riddhima is very stern and clear. Armaan looks at her in disbelief, now if he assumed that Dr. Kirti told Riddhima about his decision, which he has not even disclosed to Dr. Kiriti. He realises that and says "nothing" (even he had not said the word "nothing" I would still have written, he said nothing.. minus the quotes!)
You know what Armaan, agar tum apni harkatein thori si badal lo toh doosro ke liye bhi aur tumahare liye bhi zindagi aasaan ho jayegi." Now this is a fair assessment coming from someone who was the love of his life. Once in love, you are blinded by it and ignore such character assessments, this is one of the reasons love marriages fails once you step into the practical side of married life. (Note down young lovers!!)
Armaan immediately changes himself and acknowledges "thank you for the advice!".
"Agar Siddhant chahta toh woh bhi tum par haath utha sakta tha." Sid sent her alone to beat Armaan, whereas he stayed back. Riddhima is a devoted wife.. 3 cheers for Riddhima, hip, hip, hurrrrrrayyyy!!!
"You know what Riddhima" Armaan becomes formal (he starts to speak in english) and angry, "main ne Sid par haath uthhya" becomes informal again (speaks hindi) "accept karta hoon" (in/formal again?) "laiken regret nahin karta", Riddhima looks at him strangely ke kitna dheet hai. and it makes her more angry, and Armaan clarifies "par wahan ghalti meri nahin thi"
"Exactly!" says Riddhima. "tumse yehi expected tha.!" Riddhima is disappointed in her best student. "pehlay ghalti karo, phir uss ko mano mutt, doosro ko blame karo."
"apni ghalti ko accept karna seekho" Riddhima raises her voice.
"accept mujhey nahin Riddhima tumhey karna hai" Armaan says as he moves his pawn in the game of chess."Sid ne mujhay aaj tak jo kaha sahi nahin kaha"
"Sidhant ke baray main jhooti batay banana band karo Armaan" Riddhima is not ready to listen anything against Siddhant. But my sixth sense was talking to me..telling me why are they building up this scene, to flare up Riddhima for the next scene.
"or uss ne mujh se jo jooth kaha woh?" Armaan continues to flare up Riddhima. "devta bannay ki koshish kar rah tha tumhara PATI..(he said the golden word of acceptance but at the same time it started give me cramps in my stomach ke ab Sid ki baari hai.)
"aisay behave kar raha tha ke jaisay sachay dil se hum dono ko milana chahata hai"
Riddhima expression is like "oh! No! Sh*t!!
"asiay behave kar raha tha ke jaisay ussay acha insaan iss duniya may hai hi nahin" Armaan continues his statements of truth.
"Ussi nay mujhay Puna bheja tha" Armaan tells her."tum se milnay ke liye." Riddhima now is really angry and the flashback shows Sid telling Armaan "main Riddhima se tumhay milwaon ga" and gives him a chit like a police informer. Armaan hugs him and Sid cannot keep his balance, it shows Sid cannot keep his balance whether he is hugged or punched!.
Riddhima is becoming angrier and Armaan also realises that she is going to kill Sid, he tries to soften her anger by justifying "agar woh uss waqt mujhay bata daita ke, tum logon ki shaadi ho gayee hai, toh na to aaj main tumharey samnay hota aur na hi uss par haath utha." He played smart. He covered up for all his acts which humiliated Riddhima and passed the buck to Sid. Now Riddhima must be confused, yeh toh bara acha hai, and I have been unreasonable with him for the last 3 minutes. and takes about 20 secs to capture everything and says "what!!!" in disbelief.
She repeats the allegations made by Armaan "Siddhant ne tumhe Puna bhaija"
"nahi" Armaan now rubs the salt in her wound by being sarcastic, "mujhay sapne main aaya tha ke tum puna main ho"
After wasting 5 minutes of our precious airtime, he tells her "tumhe mujhsay nahi uss se baat karni chahiye" Those who go to government(public) offices to get their payment etc. normally they are directed like this "ab aap uss dafter main chalay jaaye, yeh post office se stamp lagawa kar uss dafter main jamma kara dain.."
Riddhima still does not leave, she calls in for a flashback to verify what Armaan is saying. Flashback comes in "Sid telling her over the phone "tum jab puna poncho gi toh tumahare sawal khud ba khud tumharey samey ho ga. " he should have said "jawab"
She still stays there, now she has tears and second flashback is played when she meets Sid in the hospital corridor, Sid says "Armaan wapas aagaya hai" and Riddhima asks "tum jante ho!" because she did not tell Sid whom she met in Puna.
She while standing there put 2 + 2 and got the answer 4. Dr. Kirti was possibly waiting for all this to complete and she walks in.
Dr.Kirti comes with some english style war/action music with her and stands there and Armaan reminds her, "Dr. Kirti main ne aap se general ward main baat ki thi" and Dr. Kirti totally ignores what he is saying and instead tells them in a stern tone "mujhay bhi aap dono say issi barey main baat karni hai."
"Pichlay kuch dinon se Sanjeevni ka workload bahut barh gaya hai," Wait! Wait!, can someone take a wild guess. Pichlay kuch dinon was the time they were having court martial in the hospital, all the staff was there. Where was Dr. Kirti at that time? she then says " kisi aik insaan kay liye sambhaalna bahut mushkil honay wala hai. Iss liye main chahati hoon ke aap dono mil kar sanjeevni ka sara kaam manage karen." and she knows the exact problem between the love triangle. Is she on drugs?? this Dr. Kirti and the war trumpets play in the background, the artillery is moving its flanks, the infantry is marching with their shields, swords and armour.. Dhenn..Dhen...Dhen.. on other shows for such background music they use
Dhinn..tana..Dhin..tana..Dhin...tananana..Dhinn..tana..Dhin..tana..Dhin...tananana.
so here the war music kept on playing, camera took its time to shoot close ups and suddenly music hits a Cresendo and the music becomes very loud, and Dr. Kirti asks like General Patton who after reading out his war plans to all his Army generals is asking "Are We Clear???", the music played on for around 8 bars, and it was disturbing for Riddhima as she could not think clearly with such loud music. So the volume was reduced just in time for Dr. Kirti to say "Dr. Armaan!!" in such a loud voice, probably she thought music must still be loud or she thinks Armaan is hard at hearing or she want to show her power of command. Those who have seen war movies, this is how they talk to their new recruits. "Are you clear!!" and Armaan is thinking, she did not listen to what I was saying.. he gave hope on her. "Very clear now!". The way the music was being played in the background and the timing they were keeping to deliver the dialogue, it was sort of a semi musical show, keeping in view the type of music , you can safely say semi-war-musical, Armaan adds "Dr. Kirti" exactly like the recruits who shouts back at his sergeant, he pauses and then says "Sir!" to keep himself within rules.
So let me put it together for you. Just the last sentence of Armaan.
Kirti says "Are you clear?" (8bars of war music)"Very clear now!" (8bars of war music)"Dr.kirti" (8bars of war music)
and she walks out of the room, leaving Armaan and Riddhima to look at each other. Sanjeevi's workload has increased and two of the doctors are still standing idle.
Naina father's still greets Mr. Raja and his son. This is suppose to be a comedy track, where Yuvi and JP has played a funny trick by showing as if naina is worst than a call girl. She goes out with both of them. As Mr. Raja airs out his concern, Naina's father has no clue and Yuvi and JP are enjoying their prank to its fullest. Naina being a good daughter cannot take that someone should insult her father like this in the hotel lobby.Just as she interrupts Mr. Raja, she sees Yuvi and Jp showing her Thumbs up and she becomes willing and tells Mr. Raja to 'please continue' and he continues to insult her father and she keeps smiling and enjoying. What values and humor. Yuvi and JP feel very proud of this prank and they leave.
The tracks introduced for interns is soooooooooooo pathetic that Armaan and Riddhima track which is lesser patheic start to look good in comparison.
Back to Riddhima, engaged in flashback which happened like 5 minutes ago, does she suffer from STM (Short term memory disorder) again she is sitting in the locker room and adding 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2 and continues to add 2s..and finally she reconstructs everything and even revisits puna in her flashback.
Everthing can be said good about Sid except for his sense of bad timings. As Riddhima is done reconstructing it all, Sid walks in, and calls out "Riddhima!" the background music sounds like Jaws soundtrack when the shark is in the vicinity. Looks at her face and asks ."Riddhima kya koi urgent baat thi jo yehan bulaya?, ghar jatay waqt rastey main baat kar saktey hain.." Excuse me..since when did they start going home together?
Sid clarifies "haan tumhi nay toh kaha tha " means it was not my idea and I am not taking any lead or responsibility.
"toh tumhe yaad hai ke main ne tum se kya kaha tha." Riddhima asks her as she is about to play her war background soundtrack. She is like trapping him into the bashing ring by verifying that he is clear on the understanding.
"Haan!" Sid acknowledges but I doubt it if he had any clue.
"Kya kaha that main ne tum se?" Riddhima now want to make sure that they are on the same track.
"Yehi ke zaindagi naye siray se shruu.".Sid was trying to recall the dialogue by-heart."
"aur kya kaha tha main ne" Riddhima wants him to spit out everything she told him.
"yehi.." Sid tries to adlib like jazz guitarist.
"yehi ke main tumahari patni hoon" Riddhima helps him with the answer. "meri shaadi hui hai tumse" and Sid is in a panic state ("iss ko abhi tak yaad hai?")
"yehi meri zindagi ki sachai hai jis ke saath main jeena chahati hoon" I only wish they had shown flashback not only it would have been more emotional but also taken less time for recap.
"Haan Riddhima.." Sid mumbles..
"Par main nahi janti thi ke jis kay saath main apni zindagi ki sacchai ko sacchai samjh ke jeena chahti hoon, woh mujh se itna barra jhoot bole ga" as she says the whole rooms spins.
"riddhima tum kiya keh rahi ho" Sid tries to ask innocently. I was thinking about our teacher in 9th grade every student was a trouble maker and all she could do is to lecture us every time someone got caught doing something wrong.
"Kya keh rahi ho, Mujhay samjh nahi aaye" Really? Sid!
"main saare jhoot peechay chor kar sacchai ke saath iss rishtay ko shru karna chahati thi" Riddhima gave her synopsis of the new relationship.
"Riddhima main bhi yehi chahata hoon " Sid wanted to clear his position.
"Agar tum aisa chahtey toh mujh se itna barra jhoot nahin bolte." at the word "jhoot" the room spins again and after 2 bars spins back, guess it was done by mistake.
"tum kiya keh rahi ho" Please aaraam se ghar par chal kar baat kartey hain" Sid tried to postpone this discussion
"Kiss ke ghar?" Riddhima is angry now. This is exactly what happens if you don't consummate the marriage on the first night. She wouldn't be saying this today.
"uss ghar par jahan meray jazbaaton ki koi qadar nahin" is she referring to consummation??
"jahan par humare beech koi sacchai nahin?" Riddhima continues. Sid is like kicking himself internally.
"Mujhay laga tha ke humarey beech sirf sacchai, koi jhoot nahi" Riddhima expressed her expectation
Riddhima!" now Sid starts off, "main ne kiya kya hai, kaun sa jhoot kaha hai tumse" He wants to know exactly..
"Jis ateet ko main peechay chorna chahati thi uss ko mere samney laikar aagaye aur pooch rahey ho ke kaun sa jhoot bola hai" and Sid is lost..does not know what to say..
"Armaan ko Puna kiss nay bhaija tha" this must have been serious, the rooms spins for two complete circles. and Sid was caught unguarded and was like "Ot terey keeeee!!!!"
"Kyun tum ne jaan booj kar Armaan ko Puna bhaija?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun tum ne mujhay milney kay liye wahan bulaya?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun tum ne mujhay nahin batay ke Armaan laut aya hai?" this was a direct question..
"Kyun Sid Kyun Bolo!!!" the rooms spins again, for Sid, I guess Armaan punches were less painful.
"Kyun kya tum ne mere saath aisa?" It was the 5th consecutive Kyun, (can someone check whether it a record?)
Sid the wise-guy who was lost and confused suddenly regains his stature and dheetly says "tumharey liye.." It hits Riddhima on the head, I could hear the bang, and I was thinking she may get a migraine headache with this answer."tumhari khushi kay liye" and Riddhima does not how to react on this.
Inspite of what Riddhima said to him, repeatedly, about starting their new life, he was on the same track "main tumharey aur Armaan ke beech main nahin aana chahta tha". I don't know about Riddhima's head, my friggin fingers have started to hurt while typing this dialogue.
"Kyun mujhay iss chorahey par la kar khara diya" translation (Parked me at the crossroad) it was a direct question again.
Kyun mujhay agni pariksha denay par majboor kar rahey ho?" Riddhima is now worried about herself. 5 + 2 = 7 Kyuns.
"main tum pay ye rishta thopna nahin chahta Riddhima." One of the most elegant and romantic selection of word "thopna" .. Thopna is the act of putting the cow-dung cakes on the wall, to dry up and then use for burning. Now you folks can make out, instead of thoping on the wall, he stepped into it bigtime.
"Jante ho Sid, mujhay iss rishtay ne itna dukh nahi diya jitna tum ne diya hai" she should have said "itna dukh nahi diya hai jitna confuse kya hai.. "
So Silly the Sid is going to get Veer Chakra for his faux-pas.
What Sid has done exactly. To help you to understand, imagine he is with the team which is going across Sahara desert on camel backs and are close to the half way, and there is no water available for miles and miles, at night he got up, and in his sleep pissed into the only water reservoir. Now you can imagine the gravity of the issue.
Now Riddhima is not believing what he has done. "Sid tum toh mere dost thay na, tum ne wadah kya tha ke hamesha mera saath do gay" with Sid as a friend you don't need enemies.
"Riddhima main aaj bhi tumhare saath hoon" Sid the wise-guy insists, not understanding what he has done to her. Is he another Armaan in the making???
"tum ne aaj mujhay akela chorr diya." Riddhima is now free of both the kids.
"iss toofan se larnay ke liye akela chor diya" (whereas Armaan ne marnay ke liye akela chor diya tha, its a one-letter trick!!!!)
"Really Riddhima main toh tumhey sirf khush dekhna chahta hoon" Sid does not stop like Armaan.. meri-riddhima..meri-riddhima..
"Nahi Sid" Riddhima is now fed up of this kid. "tum mera imtihaan laina chahtey ho" and the room spins. Can they please stop spinning the room I feel nauseous, already both the leading men have been thrashed by the lady, and the storyline, and then this spinning.. Someone please Stop them..
"Dekhna chahtey ho ke main kissay chunti hoon" he has not trusted her to be loyal to him aur that godforsaken "khushi" key liye. aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!
"Jab main tumhara ghar chorna chahati thi toh tumhi nay kaha tha na mujhse, ke tum mujhay khush rakho gay.. (folks She has done her homework..! and she has watched all the episodes on the youtube)
"aur tumhi nay kaha tha na ke tum aur main.. " she pauses thinks whether she should say it or not, because he may again say it "ke tumhari khushi ke liye" but she starts a new sentence "ke tum mujh se .." is she going to se pyar or pasand, because Sid said "main tumhey pasand karnay lagga hoon". (as if tumaharey khandan par ehsaan kar raha hoon!!)
"jante ho Sid" she starts a new sentence, "ab jitna dukh tum ne mujhay diya hai, itna dukh mujhay Armaan ke wapas aaney par bhi nahi hua" So folks, Sid and Armaan have screwed up big time. They have equal opportunity or someone more sensible is likely to come in.
Sid is standing like a driver who is guilty of an accident of begum sahab brand new car..and guess they have a peeping Tom.. and he is hiding behind the door as kids watch their parent fight.
And the closeup shows that he has heard the right sentence "itna dukh mujhay Armaan ke aaney par bhi nahin hua tha" x 2 .
"Riddhima!" Sid tries to touch her and She stops him.. wow.. yeh bhi haath dho baitah..
What happened here is not as big a shock for Armaan or Siddhant, but for my those friends who were planning Siddhant and Riddhima's long awaited Marriage consummation on this forum over the weekend. They have made all the arrangements and after extensive discussions, spelled out their fantasies, special kicks/kinks (even the crying part!!before or after), with all the possible emotional touches they wanted to see in this act, and for some the next morning was important too!! (I am sorry for all those friends!)
What they can enjoy is the crying part only!!
"Sid, shaadi hui thi meri tumse, pheray liye hain main ne tumharey saath " and the room spins "main Armaan ka pyar bhool kar tumharey saath aik nai zindagi jeenay ki koshish kar rahi thi." Armaan, the gentleman is eavesdropping on a married couple personal problems, how honorable.. It reminded me of SPY vs SPY.
"jab main ne Armaan ko apne samnay dekha to sab se pehlay mere mann main ye khayaal aya ke ye baat main tumhe kaisay bataaon gee" Sid is (hopefully ) ashamed about "tumhari khushi wali approach" and Armaan also now understands that Riddhima had it for Sid.
"par tumhey toh pehlay se sab kuch hi pata tha" and the room spins..
"Shayad mere naseeb main khushi nahi likhi.." Riddhima says and Armaan feels bad about her love too.
She walks out and Sid gets her dupatta in his hand and Armaan continues to watch this 'peep show'.
"aaj tum ne bhi mujhay akela chor diya hai" Riddhima looks back at Sid who is still holding her dupatta.
"Tum ne bhi mera Dil torr diya.." Bechari Riddhima. She runs out of the rooms and the dupatta slips out of his hands. Sid closes his empty fists. She does not see Armaan standing there, possibly she was about to hit supersonic speed.
They showed some dramatic interpretation of the song with respect to the characters. Armaan in a circle of fire, crying and suffering, Riddhima tied to two long chains and crying, and Sid possibly sleeping over it on a trolley.
The PreCap for tommorrow is the best one I have seen since Pink Panther the movie. Riddhima is standing in front of INFORMATION (ward, I suppose) and Armaan and Siddhant walk across her as strangers. They should have avoided to be in her close proximity, but instead they seemed to be annoyed at her.
Again the PreCap, they are performing some ritual so that they can free Riddhima from the chains.
My opinion: To be open and frank, the Sh*t has hit the fan. Both have played wrong shots and got out. Game is 1-1 all. Are they going to get an equal opportunity for hitting on Riddhima again?, or Riddhima will wait for them to grow up, or groom them herself. As for my friends, those over the weekend wanted Riddhima to sleep with Armaan and Siddhant may themselves sleep tight hoping for sweet dreams. Good night!
