I do see what DID Lil' masters is going to turn out to be like...

I see provocative/sensual dances and girls wearing revealing clothes.

I came across 2 other topics which talked a little bit about Afsha's clothes & about the provocative dance steps.

But here i want to talk about both & have a little discussion.

Why was Afsha (who is probably around the age of 6 or 7) wearing a short top that only covered her chest and revealed her whole stomach? For her age, that is totally not appropriate!

Also, her dance steps were way too "mature" for her.

How can they exploit little kids like this? 😕

I hate watching kids dance and see them wearing revealing clothes and doing "sexy" dances. Trust me, those performances are anything but sexy. I've seen many Zee TV award shows where kids dance & they are wearing revealing clothes and doing sensual moves, etc. Its just wrong!

How do you as a viewer feel about watching a little kid perform sensuous dances and wearing revealing/short clothing?

Do you feel that it is exploiting children? (not sure if exploit is the correct term here)

I think it looked cute rather than "sexy". it was kindda funny. My grandmom, dad all were watching and enjoying and laughing.

But u have a point. Geeta crossed her limit a lil bit.

Jess - I agree with you.. and nice post !
I hated it when Afsha started doing all the "moves" and I did get sickened with her clothing..
I totally hate it when little kids like her start to imitate adults.. and wear such costumes.. 🤢
Since kids do not have knowledge 'bout the things they're doing , we just cannot blame 'em.. but, what 'bout the adults who are watching it ??? 😕 And in Afsha's case.. the adult choreographing it!
It really puts me off to see adults encouraging the kid doing provocative/sensual.. any other "adult" stuff !! .. It's cute as long as the kids do their own.. but, when they just get out of their way to do something like this, it's too awkward and such things give me stink-eye..
For me, yes.. it is sort of exploitment. I'd rather say.. spoiling the child's "originality", when a kid like Afsha is put into such routines and clothes.. 😵

Hi....new member here....anyways
I was kinda excited to see Afsha dance and when she came on the feathery bench with angel wings I was thinking how cute is she....but then she gets up and starts swaying her back and wore backless btw....then those steps of touching her body....I was like she is cute but they shouldn't make a child do such acts wearing such clothes....the limit was when she came out for pardesiya...I was really upset and though I really liked the concept, I was turned off by it. Y couldn't she wear longer clothes and still do the act...did she have to wear the shortest clothes availaible to look like the videos??? Geeta could've had better steps....they could've just showed how music and video has changed and i don't think such things are necessary.
What bothered me more was watching her parents sitting right there and clapping with biggest smile on their face. Her father was standing up and clapping....I think her parents are equally part of exploitation. Not just her, but any parent who doesn't see what they are putting their kid through and what they are making them do is exploiting them. I really do think that kids are very talented and their talent should be enhanced but not such way. I am sure each parents are there during the shooting and rehearsals....they have right to say my child won't wear this...or say double meaning jokes....I think for parents its money over child's innocense. Just hoping that lil master won't have such acts but I m afraid that it will. And if one child does dance like tht or wear clothes, I really hope GM (Farha) says something about it.

Hoestly, I was really disgusted with Afsha's clothes and her steps. I really hate to see such dances/clothes on little kids. Afsha is 5-6 years old only (she was 5 when she hosted SRGMP LC). And I blame her parents too, they should have atleast asked Geeta Ma to tone down the steps or have Amrita do the modern version and Afsha do the Saas version!
I am just hoping Jai, Mayuresh-Vrushali, Dharmesh and Amrita have better sense and don't show us such dances and such revelaing clothes on little children!
