I thought that Afsha was really cute today but I hated seeing a kid perform provocative dance steps. Amrita could have done the modern steps and Afsha the old generation steps to make it more appropriate.
On Boogie Woogie, the judges do not allow kids to perform on even provocative songs. I really hope that on DID LM they follow BW's example and don't have kids perform inappropriately.

I want to know did anyone else find that the dance steps were inappropriate for a kid to dance to?

Not only the dance even the costumes were really inappropriate ...why O why do they do this to the kids...thats why I m scared for DID junior...hope they don't allow such things, but if they did it with Afsha on DID then they will do it on DID juniors too..and I have seen some provocative dance and bad costumes on Boogie Woogie too...

Exactly! Afsha's steps were not really suited for a 5-year old girl.
I really hope that Jai, Mayuresh-Vrushali, Amrita, and Dharmesh do NOT make the children dance on provocative songs or make them do provocative steps! It's really uncomfortable and displeasing to the eye!

Yes, the costumes were horrible too.

I don't regularly watch BW, but I remember a girl danced on Shilpa Shetty's UP, Bihar Lootne song and the judges told the parents that kids don't understand what's appropriate and what isn't, so they should make sure the kids have proper clothes on and dance to proper songs.

Yes I do think Naved and Javed and Boogie woogie don't promote this...but still I think the parents go overboard in promoting hteir kid...I haven't seen it all the time but there have been instances of them in BW...and I think the channel guys need to rethink before allowing such performance..and costumes too play an imp role in it...

I wondered how their parents must be feeling, having to watch their kids dance like that, but its true that now the parents encourage this to promote their kids.

they shouldnt allow such young kids to perform...firstly parents shouldnt allow their kids to be part of such vulgar dance or song or dialogues but they do (may be for fame and money) but then if show producers do not entertain such small kids then that would stop this prob...i see Saloni saying double meaning dialgoues in comedy circus, then in sa re ga ma, kids singing "zara zara kiss me ..." and DID little masters, not sure whats gonna happ as they will surely dance on songs whose meanings dont suit kids...😳

Yes babli, charity begins at home LOL...but the parents are solely responsible for all this....the world can exploit anything that crawls for their profit...I too cudn't believe my ears when I saw Saloni say some nasty things on comedy Circus, I was liek does this girl even know what she is saying... she is talented no doubt but her talent is not channelized properly...same with Shalini singing Touch me song with ooooohhhh so much enthu...gosh and the judges were encouraging her for stressing nard on those words for getting the feel... I think the parents need to know how they are getting their kids into limelight and in turn paying a huge price of their innocence...
