When a person signs over a legal document, witnesses must be present. I don't know how it is in India, but in the US if you sign over a document, you have to have a notarized signature. A thumb print while someone is unconscious does not work.
Now Abhi and Simi could break into RB's house and try to steal the papers. However, another option is to set up the bank manager who is working with RB, if they can find him out. Of course the bank manager is going to have a weak spot for them to play one.
The point is that the house belonged to the sisters, Anuj stole that legal document and handed it over to RB - right? OR did he just transfer the house over to RB using the legal document as the transfer? From what I saw he signed papers handing over the house that he had his father put his thumb print on transferring the property to Anuj.
THOSE papers are not legal. If those papers are fake, then RB's claim to the house is fake.
Get my gist? If Abhi and Simi and get a copy (and all lawyers have copies of these documents) then they can use that to contest RB's claim to the house - so who has the CORRECT documents. If it is deemed that it is Abhi and Simi stating the house belongs to the siblings, then how is it the RB can claim the house is his?
Surely it cannot take a thumb print of a unconscious man to transfer a house to someone?
