Dear CID-ians.

This is a messege to you to tell you guys -- Please dont let this happen to you. Out of the innumerable pranksters, one of them targeted me. He is not even a member here but logged in once to create an anti-cid thread! And today Ambrosia brought to my attention that my IP matches this boy's IP.

Guys, I hunted for this character who used my ID to spread such profanity and obscenity. I was not even aware till Ambrosia very sweetly informed me. Now this chap has brought me into trouble.

No he did not hack into my ID. After Ambrosia told me, I asked my around, because I suspected it had to be someone I know. I have found out what has happened. The other day I went to a friend's place. She and a few of her cousins love CID and I logged into the IF with my id. Somehow, the computer saved my password. And I did not log out before switching off.
This friend's brother happened to see my yahoo ID and I by mistake spelt out my password when typing it. He had heard it. My friend is not a member of IF and i just wanted to show this forum to her. When I called this friend, her brother confessed when threatened. He is a very naughty computer crazy boy. He confessed to his sister that he made up the fact that his sisters are members here and used my IP details to log in and bash up CID because he was angry with us the other day for not letting him use the computer. He dislikes CID!! He refers to me as sister. Hence he wrote his sisters use IF, a lie because my friend was not aware of this forum.

Just for that day we borrowed his computer and he played this nasty trick on all of us. I am really sorry for having been careless. I am sure the GMs wont believe me. But you all by now know me. They might ban me, who knows, for this stupidity of saying my password out. Guys, all inconvenince is deeply regretted.

I dont know if I will come back here or not. My ID might get cancelled at the cost of this boy's action.

Guys, I might linger around till they take action against me. But i dont want you people to suffer d way i did today.

Visrom, Drilabh I really appreciate your concern for the section and I am sure most of us don't want a repeat to what we witnessed recently.
I request you all to please not stretch this matter any more. The only reason I have kept the names under wraps because first and foremost we are all friends here. If anything has gone wrong then its our responsibility to set it right for you.
Like I said we are looking into this matter, we will let you know whatever decision is made. No one has to leave the section or get emotional because such incidents can happen with any of us.

I have to close this topic Visrom to prevent any more accusations or misunderstanding or any sort of negativity in this section. I request you all to please stick to the daily discussions. Post your suggestions as to how we can improve our section's condition. I believe this should be our only concern now.
