I think DID format needs modification. Mentoring and Judging should be separated. So we should have 3 mentors who are providing choreography and then 3 separate judges who provide comments on the performances. If judges are doing choreography then it's quite natural that they will be biased towards their choreography and their contestant.We probably don't need a grand master especially when grand master just repeats master's comments with different wordings and puts more effort on making fun of host or someone's English or family background.
Also masters shouldn't make comments like prop could have been used better or not used properly etc. We are judging dancers only and he/she should be judged on the basis of whether he/she did justice with the dance form he/she used. Contestants doesn't have any control on choreography and masters creates a negativity for contestant by making comments on choreography which is not in contestants control.
