Im not really sure that I get the purpose of this post, since the point seems to be lost somewhere. Nevertheless Ill try sticking to your original point, which as far as I understand is that while riddhima is dumb, armaan is dumber..
Ill give it to you only as far as his entire 'riddhima ko manana' idea, and the way of going about it was. I've been maintaining that it was done very lightly, and not at all keeping in mind with the seriousness of the situation... Being cute and cheeky all the time will not get you everything..
But i absoultely dont agree with the point you've raised. I dont know if you've been watching the show or only following updates. Coz if you did watch the show, you would've seen several instances where armaan does realize that riddhima is too angry than what can be expected..something is different.. The mischief, the spark is missing from her eyes. As for trying to talk to her, he does try to.. in the fire escape too ,when he asks her to tell him why she's got a problem with everything he does.. in reply all riddhima did was scream and run away.. As for the recent circus of the entire court room thing.. I thought the least dumb person here was armaan coz he's really in the dark. How is the poor thing even supposed to imagine in his wildest dreams that riddhima has gone ahead and married somebody? As far as he's concerned , their love is such that neither can think of anybody else, leave alone get married.. Quite obviously, all he assumes is she's too hurt and angry to listen right now.. and the cold stares and tears can also be attributed to the anger/pain..
If anything, Armaan needs to be given a special 'relationship survival' award for managing to love a confused human like riddhima and still maintain his sanity.. 😊
