did anything work at all?

hey guys.ok sorry for opening a topic for this but I'm so worried about the YRF shows all getting cancelled since i read an article about it on msn.com......but I just want to know if the petitions we sent out are working...because if any of the YRF shows get cancelled the I'm done with Sony once and for all...seriously they cannot do this to the shows!

if the petitions dont work then can we send them emails or feedback..I sent one comment on setindia website on feedback..maybe if we cant sent them enough...they will reconsider it

Hey! Firstly, I want to clear a confusion which I'm seeing in most of the members of this forum. Rishta.com is NOT going off air. None of the YRF shows are going off-air. As for Rishta.com, the show has 26 episodes which are to be aired till june/july. Just like Rishta, all the YRF shows have some particular bunch of epis. So, Rishta will be shown till june/july and then the first season ends. I made the petition because an article said it was very unlikely to have a second season of Rishta. And we the forum members demanded a second season, so I made the petition. I don't know if we'll be getting the second season or not, but we can enjoy the first season of rishta and all the other YRF shows. 😃 So just relax! 😉

Ummm..I knew that from before. The production house and the channel decided to have 26 episodes for Rishta.com and I guess it's the same for other shows as well. So it was supposed to end at a fixed time. Not because of TRPs but according to the contract or whatever. We are getting to see the FULL thing and thankfully it just won't end somewhere in the middle. All of the shows will have a proper ending. And if they get back a second season, then well, I'll be the happiest and if not, I guess there's nothing we can do. 😔

Tani - YRF shows are 26 episodes only. They are not like usual hindi serials which go long way. These are actual DRAMAS! I know Powder & Rishta.com has only 26 episodes as they were made till those episodes only.
I'm unsure about season 2s but I know for fact these shows will end on 26 episodes and they are not going off-air until 26 episode. I hope it clears your confusion.😳
