How to get rid of this addiction

Friends, I am so much addicted to choti bahu and avina. Cannot pass one day without watching them in the tv or internet. Addicted to the forum also. The present track is very depressing and spoiling my works. Leaving my and head very heavy. Please give me ideas how to get rid of this addiction. This is really serious. I have come to the point to avoid watching choti bahu but do not know how.😕

yea!! me too...i jus cant get my eyes of avi aka dev...........n CB a nt to be miss show fr me...thank gos i dun hv to watch tis craps fr nw....im enjoying the episodes hre in malaysia!!
