Regardless of what situation they are in and the storyline, just based on the character itself
and also not caring about chemistry or age difference

Siddhant (pehle wala)- Saif Ali Khan
Atul- Tushhar Kapoor
Anjali- Kareena Kapoor
Yuvi- Imran Khan or John Abraham
Naina (pehe wali)- Priyanka Chopra
Tamanna- Amrita Rao
Shubhankar-
Keerti- Sushmita Sen (donno why i think Sush will suit this role)
Shashank- Anil Kapoor or Amitabh Bachchan
Rahul- Jacky Bhagnani or Shahid Kapoor
Muskaan- Rani Mukherji
Abhimanyu- Rajeev Khandlwal
Nikita- Karisma Kapoor or Genelia D Souza
Raj- Pratiek Babbar (i just luvv this guy from JTYJN days)

Guys this is just a fun topic and these names i just got over the top of my head and i donno but when i deeply think i feel that these actors would suit and carry off these roles quite well.
