I'm not sure how real this entire idea of treating women like men's property, objectifying them and using them as mere a way to satisfy men's sexual urges is and I'm not sure whether this kind of heinous act still takes place in India but it's rather intolerable to watch at times. Like, when Shakti's wife asks him something and he flips out and starts beating the daylights out of her. I swear I feel like entering the screen and wringing that pig's neck until he drops d***! Krish's dad is only a milder version of Shakti when it comes to wife-abuse though. Although I personally feel very relieved when Krish's mom gets a kick or two on her ass.😛😉

Krish's mom is clearly taking out her frustrations on Pratigya. She, being a woman herself, wants to perpetuate the injustice animal-like treatment on women that's been taking place in the family since generations! Why? Coz she is definitely not happy with her own status in the house. Of what I've seen of her in the show so far, she's basically just a freakin trophy wife with not much to contribute other than keeping up with her hubby's night-time urges and making babies. Nobody pays heed to her voice. It remains unheard and she has to suck it up coz she can do nothing about it. More like, she has spent almost her entire life confirming to the male chauvinist pig's conditions and now, there's no going back. So, she wants Pratigya to do the same so that she feels a little better that she's not alone in her misery. As they say, misery loves company!

Coming back to Komal - Ah, that girl's SOMETHING! She amuses me like anything. And man, do I <3 her cussing or what?😆 I'm sure we're gonna have a gala time watching Adarsh beat the snot out of her.😉

That chick will only understand once she get a whip or two, then her blind eyes will get the vision to decipher between the good treatment that she currently claims to be horrible! She will realize with just one slap...I soo wish if Pratigya actually pushed her in today's epi...the instant she lied, I was close to send her virtual slaps 😆

But I guess they're not gonna show Adarsh take such a step....

Couldnt have said it better myself. Ammaji is got serious psychological problems. But then there are women out there who are cruel without provocation. You know that common saying a woman is another woman's worst enemy. I wonder why that is.

Haha, lol, not really the first indian show I've ever watched😆 but yeah, the way they treat ladies in that house is definitely a first! And their dialect is hecka amusing. I LOVE the way Krishna and his dad talk.😛

Yeah, Krishna keeps reminding her what she'd have to put up with if she had got married to some other "thakur" family and that she needs to thank her lucky stars for getting a peaceful, non-violent family like that of Prat. But then...laato ke bhoot baaton se thodi manengy. 😆

Pratigya is my third Indian serial ( after jab love hua and Banoo mein teri dulhan LOL), then i took a three years gap from Indian Rona dhona serials but so far pratigya is something different and new...just hope creatives dont spoil it and make it another Rona Dhona serial!

Krishna and his dad are HILARIOUS...whats your fav line? one of the lines i remember is, Prampara gay tel lene lol !!
