Okay so another fantastic episode 😃 .... I didn't see Anu's analysis up so I thought I'd post one because I couldn't wait to comment on the episode😆 (Sorry Anu - hope you don't mind but my title is inspired by the one you wrote last week😳)

(and I hope there aren't any issues with this post conflicting with the update - it isn't an update .... more of a discussion/analysis of my favourite parts of the episode😳)

Gurus ..... Well actually this should be Guru singular with three students .... but Gurus sounded better in the title😛😆:
(and of course Guru ........ or as Shyam said ..... is our very own Rohan SIR😛)

Dating Guru to Shyam and Huzeifa:
Rohan's nautanki seems to get better and better ..... totally loved it when Isha was agreeing with Shyam that he wouldn't be able to find a better teacher than Rohan and Rohan was making faces at her 🤣 ...... and I loved how Shyam said that he had heard about Rohan SIR through the grapevine 🤣 .... kya baat hai ...... Rohan's antics are the talk of the town😛😆 .... and I was 🤣 when he was giving Shyam Miss India .... ahem .... I mean playboy ... ahem ... I mean dating tips 😆 ..... the whole teaching Shyam how to walk by balancing something on his head ..... and acting like a girl .... and throwing in some of his very own playboy tricks as Isha pointed out😆 ..... and of course only Rohan would get Guru-dakshina (the inside info on Ragini Deshmukh) that results in him adding a girl to the list we've seen come and go😆

Rohan's conversation with Huzeifa about how the latter should handle Sureena meeting up with Saurab ..... I loved how Rohan and Huzeifa unintentionally ended up role-playing "the guy" and "the girl" respectively and Rohan finally realizing what they were doing and asking what on earth they were going on about😆

Fahion Guru to Isha (and to Shyam):
i absolutely loved him making fun of Isha's bag .... at first I was wondering why Rohan knew so much about lady's bags (I mean most guys wouldn't really notice how nice a bag is or not🤔) .... but then I remembered that Rohan's probably seen (maybe even been hit with😛) all the bags in the mall thanks to his ahem many girlfriends😆 ..... along with dishing out fashion advice to Isha he gives Shyam a makeover as well ...... so apparently Rohan is a fashion guru ...... for both men and women 😆

Gifts:

The Naina-Dad-Isha storyline was sweet in this episode .... very nicely handled ..... I loved how Isha and her Dad burst into laughter when Naina said that Isha would slowly learn about her taste just as she herself had learned Isha's 🤣 ..... I also liked that each got the other gifts that might suit their own personalities more .... the brightly coloured bag seems to go more with Naina's brightly coloured wardrobe and laid-back attitude .... whereas the diamond studs seemed more old-school like Isha ..... nothing is necessarily wrong with either styles but it was nice to see the contrast between Isha and Naina continued to the gifts they would buy one another

Girlfirends .... again as with Gurus this should be Girlfriend singular but it just sounded better when everything was in plural form😆:

I think that this was one of the best parts of today's episode ..... after all the speculating we did about Sureena ..... it turned out that she didn't have any truly negative intentions at all ..... I think she really did like Huzeifa ..... but as Huzeifa said .... it stemmed from the fact that he is just like Saurab .... only Huzeifa is the '78 model and Saurab is the '88 model 😆 ...... I loved the entire scene near the end with Huzeifa and Sureena ........ it just reminded me why I love this show ..... this whole time I was coming up with these really horrible vamp-ish motives that Sureena might have ...... and all of them were thrown out the window ...... thank you Rishab Seth for sticking to reality ...... Sureena turned out to just be a young, slightly confused girl who was drawn to Huzeifa because he was just like her ex-boyfriend ..... she didn't set out to hurt anyone .... and as Ruchika said ..... girls do silly things like making their ex-boyfriend meet their current boyfriend ..... I truly just think she got them to meet because she wanted to make sure Huzeifa knew Saurab so that he would be more comfortable with her still being friends with him ..... but she ended up realizing that she still has feelings for Saurab despite liking Huzeifa ....... I loved how they treated Sureena's character throughout the episodes she has appeared in ...... it is truly wonderful to see that a character does not have to be completely sinister and manipulative to be wrong for someone ..... even though her and Huzeifa aren't meant to be ..... it is nice to know that she didn't turn out to be a super-vamp clone to provide the wedge that would come between them😆

Overall another job well done by the R.com team👏

Edit:
I'm sure I didn't cover everything so please do feel free to add what you felt about the episode😳😃

ya...me too really loved the episode😊....it was again quite best!......and i especially loved how Husaifa advised Sureena to go back to her ex 'coz he stilled loved her.....and simply loved this dialogue- '' Tumhare aur mere beech mein sab kuch sahi tha....bas timing gadbad ho gayi.....tum das saal baad paida huin''😆.....really sweet of Husaifa to say so😛.........And RoSha, well, they are toh my fav. always😛😆.....Kavi's acting always impresses me and he never leaves a chance to not make his viewers laugh with his antics!😆......And that ''bag'' thing....really very well done....Btw i felt they also sort of communicated a msg via that scene, that we should always be frank and should not hesitate saying if we don't like something!....Like how Naina instantly and also sweetly asked Isha if she can replace those diamond rings with some other stones' rings.....See, it served the purpose and also didn't make Isha or her father's feelings getting hurt!😊...which is quite imp. in today's age!😊.....

I agree Krishy .... I liked how Naina was honest about the gift ..... but she was politely honest ..... and it made it seem like she genuinely wanted to be comfotable with Isha because you can say truths like this to people you're comfortable with and not have go walk on egg-shells and be overly nice to them

I liked that dialogue Huzeifa said too .... the whole scene was sweet, funny, sad ..... so many things at one time ..... well written and well enacted by Kavin and Riddhi 😃

and of course Kavi was amazing as usual 😃

thanks for adding to the discussion Krishy 😃

thanks Vini ... and I liked that scene .... especially because it didn't become too randomly filmy / OTT / cliched / predictable .... although Rohan took a trip to dream land for a bit there Isha kept it real 😆

Hey Tasha am back to comment properly...😃 😆..
First off, like what you said, i loved how Isha was delibrately pushing the task of handling the "makeover" of Shyam to Rohan..it was such a cute and funny moment!!.. 😆.The best thing is that despite Rohan not wanting to do it, he always ends up doing it...!!..😆 and thats what i like about the Rohan-Isha relationship...like he was trying his best to hint that he doesn't want to help..but still he did it..and even woke up at what 6 am..?...(Shyam calling him..😆)...was well nice of him...😆...and well well those lessons...hmm i must say Rohan know's how to handle the ladies the right way...😆..those intricate (from Shyam's POV 😆 ) details of how one should not speak about themselve UNLESS the lady asks..and it did come in handy for Shyam when he was on his date....So not bad a guru or gurus ( 😉) i must say our Rohan Mehra is...😆
The balancing of a beer bottle instead on the head was hilarious i thought..! 😆...and then the way Rohan pretended to act like a lady..and the crossing of legs...😆 😆..and the way one should hold their wine glasses..The whole lot was a funny scene..and then came that interlocking of eyes moment between Isha and Rohan...😳..i gotta agree with ya..I was happy that it wasn't too cliche' or anything..but for some reason looking at Rohan look at Isha like that..just made me so happy..It seemed very real..and like he was really looking deep into her eyes..i hope am not reading too much into things..😆..BUT i just loved that eyelock scene the best..It just gave us the slightest next possible hint that Rohan and Isha might have maybe..just maybe smth for each other..Been long since we got a hint..and this sure was a huge progress..from Rohan's side i feel..the way he grabbed Isha's hands unknowingly...!! 😳 😆.......
You know the part where before Shyam goes for his date..He tells Rohan that if he needs any help from him, he can just ask him...and Rohan gave Shyam that "You want ME to ask YOU? hah! Ain't needing your help in the ladies department" (😆) kinda look..i was like ahh so typical of Rohan BUT eventually i loved how they showed Rohan calling up Shyam to get some inside info on Ragini...That was a good move by the Rishta.com Unit..i love how they made Rohan eat his own words (not literally but through making that phone call asking for Shyam's help) ..he needs it at times...😆 I think this was the second time that happened..Previously was with that Bar dancer ( Twinkle if am not mistaken)..How he was dead sure that he woudn't be coming in to watch her..and eventually they ended off with him coming in....
Rohan and Huzeifa's convo was hilarious!!..I totally loved that whole part..😆..and the reasons being what you stated...getting so involved in that "You shd ask me before meeting any guy" (😆) convo and eventually not knowing..how deeply attached they were getting into it that it seeming as though they both were in a relationship together.....😆 😆..Too good!..and then Rohan throws the handphone to Huzeifa but Huzeifa just stares into blank space and misses the catch...😆 😆...

Rohan being the Fashion guru...Hahah okay for Shyam i get it..but with Isha too...?...hahaha...that was weird..!..but i like the reasons you stated as to how he knows the right (if i may say so) type of fashion for women...😉 😆...I go for the one with him being hit by the many bags...😆

That Naina and Isha issue thing was very cute i felt..I loved how excited Naina was when she knew that Isha "loved" the bag she gave...it was very cute i thought..and the part where she was like "I love surprises!"..all bubbly like a small child..Am liking Naina very much..and eventually the way the issue was settled with them all laughing abt it was well..again cute..:)...Great msg behind it..though it may not apply at all times..doesn't really work eveytime when you are frank and upfront about how you feel abt somethings.....what i feel..😆 but i guess for such small issues like the bag...and likes and dislikes related..then it shd be fine...:)

Finally..Sureena and Huzeifa..Well i felt sad for Huzeifa..That whole convo between them in the car was totally unexpected..I didn't expect Huzeifa to tell that to Sureena..instead i thought he would be happy with the fact that he managed to not feel intimidated by Sourab. But instead he went a step higher and i gotta say am proud of him..Him letting go of Sureena was surely a right move by him..So i guess Sureena is innocent afterall..She didn't meant any harm to Huzeifa..It was a sad parting but a meaningful one (hope i am making sense here...😆) ..and i love that hug they gave each other at the end..:)
All in all a great epsiode..!! Enjoyed myself very much watching it..! Great job by the Rishta team!..👏
And hey i agree with ya...
Everything does sound better in plurals with it's related to Rohan Mehra...😆...and just realised one thing..there was very little of Ruchika in this episode..hmm

This was definitely one of the better episodes in terms of humour. Enjoyed watching it (:

So little Ruchika, but I'm hoping she'll have more things to do next time around since the more meaningful spotlight in this one was on Huzeifa. Talking of whom, was his decision about Sureena after meeting Sourab sweetly surprising or what? He'd gone into the meeting being so nervous and unsure, even seeking help of his lady friends about it, but the way he handled the fact that he felt Sureena and Sourab should be together, the way it came to him so naturally...his maturity did end up manifesting itself, and that too in a sweet, friendly way rather than condescendingly blowing up in Sureena's face. Sourab/Huzeifa getting along like a house on fire was a nice surprise too ;) Good to see.

(BTW, gold-diggers are also a reality, not entirely dramatized fiction, so even if they would have taken that road, I wouldn't have deemed R.com as a vamp-infested serial :P)

Isha...if anything, this storyline only confirmed what her dad said, that she's always on a mission to make everyone around her happy (although of course, Rohan can be exempted from that :P) Again, she shows that she's all heart (: The scenes between Naina-Ashok-Isha also showed that they're a lot more comfortable together now, enjoying each other's company rather than dreading it, so that was nice progress.

Rohan and Shyam, lovely antics 😆 Definitely an amusing storyline. Rohan and Isha's teasing is coming on into full swing, with the bag and Shyam as means of ammo by turns...interesting to hear Naina's observation about how she perceives their relationship, btw :P

Two things that didn't sit right with me:

One, it seemed all too much like Rohan/Isha were trying to change Shyam in order to make him be the guy that 'every girl wants.' Sure, it was just a few harmless tips, but rather than trying to repress his inner person for this one date, they could've focussed on etiquettes and polite manner and then told him to be himself. What will happen when Shyam's moochain start growing out again? 😆 And what will happen when he out-of-habit begins spouting those numbers about his business and clients? Surely Ms. Juhi will be in for a surprise.

Two, as an extension of the point above, they let Shyam (and even Rohan with his lie about having read the lawyer's paper) get away and succeed with the false pretense that he was putting up. It sends out an implicit message that deception is just alright if you get what you want. If somehow they would have twisted the story around by an incident at the date in which Shyam's real-self spilled out and Ms. Juhi was still even more impressed with him, the explicit message would have changed into "Be yourself." On the other side, the lawyer should have caught Rohan in his lie through some cross-questioning and left him to drown his sorrows at the bar, only to find out the next morning that Shyam's display of his real personality won over the lady, while his little trick left him anywhere but. Pan to Rohan smiling a small smile of understanding, that Shyam is a genuine, good guy as himself and being yourself is the best way to charm people.

Of course, that would be in a perfect world. In real life, many people do get away with their masks and the benefits they bring along for a little time, if not long. Eh :P

Great point ftm_ca!!! But funnily, what you point out as 'inappropriate' (hope the choice of word sits well with you) is exactly what draws me to the show. It's not trying to be perfect. It's unapologetic about its flaws. In fact, more often than not, the makers deliberately put a spotlight on the flaws. You yourself summed it up by saying - Of course, that would be in a perfect world. And i think, R.com constantly goes out of its way to prove that it isn't.
