While watching interview and info shows, I have noticed that they hardly ever mention Pyaar Ka Bandhan or it's stars. Kritika, Vivan, Mahesh, Karan and Sumeet all have a fan strong fan base, but they are not promoted as part of PKB.
Generally Sony shows don't get a mention, unless it's a new show. We have sent emails and posted messages lets see what happens.
What are your views, what could be the reason Sony shows are sidelined, dispite the cast.

Actually, I'm not really sure as to why is this happening. Normally whenever I think of dramas the first channel that will come to my mind is either Star Plus or Star One.
And to tell you the truth, I'm kind of shocked at this because Sony has had so many great shows like Jassi Koi Nahin, Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai, Kkoi Dil Mein Hai, Devi, Ayushmaan, Kaajal, Kkusum, Kuch Iss Tarah, Kutumb etc. (Note: I've named shows that I have personally watched and are one of my favorites. I didn't mean to belittle the other shows at all.)
One of the reasons why I thought PKB is just like any other show because it had no promotions at all. Yeah, I heard a few people talking about it, but there wasn't anything about it that attracted the show to me.
The same thing happend to Bhaskar Bharti. There was no promotions whatsoever for that show and it was one of the best things that I have ever seen in my life!
Personally, I think Sony should start advertising more instead of just staying in the shadows like this.

Wow you've know your shows. Thanks for commenting and I saw your post in the GOTW thread. If people are talking about it, please tell them to check out the show and support our forum. If Sony aren't promoting PKB, then perhaps word of mouth can help.
We are expecting some twists and turns in the story soon and the hopfully the re-union of PraSha😊

No prob. Actually the people that I have heard about PKB from are from this forum and what really got me interested in this show is when my grandpa said that he saw it and it's interesting. 😆😳
But if I can promote it in anyway then I'll surely do that. 😊
