Mean of him !!

He's close to his mom. So I'm sure whatever went down, it was all good. He wasn't offered the movie. Media always does that with every star. Maybe his mom only discussed the movie with him, nothing else.

Either way, we don't even know what the movie would be about. Why get upset?

He decided to do Mausam because Pankaj approached him first since Neelima's movie was still in the planning stage. After he said yes to Mausam, he knew he had to grow a beard and has to go into a different zone for the movie (something like Hrithik has done for Kites) and he had to say no to his mom (even though we are not sure she asked him).

He even refused Zara Nachke Dikha where he was supposed to host with Priyanka. They both tried to plan their dates and Priyanka was able to but Shahid was too busy with Mausam and he didnt want to take up anything else and so she took up Fear Factor...

so sad about both of this... can't see Shayanka or Shamrita but I understand his decisions...

oh i was waitin for shahid and amrita to do a movie together. loved them togther in ishq vishq and vivah.

i wonder how that conversation went, some people surely can't handle succes...!

Okay, so I found out some info on this movie, and this article is so wrong! Neelima NEVER offered Amrita any movie. She's making a movie called "Nawaab Nautanki" starring Chandan Roy Sanyal and Bhavna Paani. The star cast was finalized months ago...Neelima actually made a press announcement where both Chandan and Bhavna were present. Amrita isn't even doing any movie at the present and she wasn't approached by Neelima. Why would Neelima approach Shahid and Amrita suddenly when she already has her star cast locked?!

About Shahid, around two years ago... when Neelima was asked about not casting him in her movie, she said "I don't have a role for him. Maybe me and him will dance to a classical song in the movie." So she only mentioned a song. Please don't believe such crap. Neither Shahid or Amrita were approached for Neelima's movie. She's making her movie with Chandan and Bhavna.

Naima pretty much said everything I wanted to say. I just wanted to add this for the people who are questioning Shahid's loyalty towards his family and friends...

If he can do crappy movies with Ken and Ahmed just cuz they're his friends, then he would have def done his mom's movie IF he was offered. He didn't even charge a single penny for Paathshala, and he's promoting it like he's the hero of the film, for Ahmed's sake. Why did he do CPD? Cuz again, Ken was depressed due to some problems and Shahid forced him to direct a movie with him.

As Naima said, Shahid and Amrita were never offered Neelima's movie. Chandan and Bhavna Pani were finalized months ago. Just cuz he doesn't say anything, they keep writing such stuff. I think Neelima was even asked about Shahid not doing her film at his bday party, and she said "Please don't ask me such questions, its my sons birthday." Just the way she said it, it was heart breaking. Because the media has been writing about Shahid and his mom since years. The truth is, they are very close. And you can see that from the way his brother, Ishan, talks about Shahid on his twitter or the family gatherings they have...

i dont think anything is wrong.. he didnt like the script thats why he is not doing it .. not some other reason and i think family and busniss life should be seperated so if his mother offered him a role and he turned down..than that is professional life.. and he said no to neelima azim
